Sat down at a slow part of their night, with the tables probably about half occupied. Ten minutes went by and still didn’t even get acknowledged by a server. Had at least three employees walk by and make eye contact with me and still not so much as a «your server will be with you shortly.» Eventually left when it was apparent no one would take the time to wait on me. If you want Italian in greenville go to CPWs or A Tavola.

Only been to this location a handful of times and the food and service has always been good. To me, Olive Garden food is nothing special so that’s why I have 4 stars.

Service was horrible. Main course came before salad, bread was stale. Had to get another waitress to bring our check after asking for it 15 minutes earlier. Food was marginal. If the sauces started to cool off, they would separate and get runny. A definite no go

For a franchise, chain restaurant – you can’t go wrong. In a land of bad food(Greenville), staples like Olive Garden are necessary. I have never had a bad meal here. Good food, great service. Priced well. Only negative — VERY loud environment.

For a chain restaurant this place is great. We came for a late lunch so there was no wait. It did take our waiter a minute to greet us and take our drink orders however, once he got to us his customer service was great. He definitely had a great personality. We had a tone of special requests and they got it all right. The food was great and we had some pumpkin cheesecake for dessert that was absolutely delicious! The only reason I didn’t give this restaurant a 5 star was because when I looked up the light fixtures and vent were really noticeably dirty and there was a fly hovering the whole time. But other than that this place was great!

I know this place is a «chain» but it is so good! This is one place that it is always great food and service, and if not, they will make it right! I got an order that did not meet there usual standards but when I commented on that, thay remade my dish and took it off my bill! Now that is good sevice! Thanks

I love me some Olive Garden action! You can always count on this being great! Especially considering it was a bleary, rainy day here in Greenville. I had the soup, salad and breadsticks meal and of the 2 bowls of soup I had, 1 had no broth and the 2nd one was all broth… hmmm I sat at the bar and my service was amazing!

Ruined my night. Service was great, food was awful.

Yup. «A-OK.» It’s Olive Garden. The first time I came to this location, our waiter was an extremely talkative young man who made his insecurities about«memorizing» the menu, quite apparent to our table of six(which included myself, a brother, and parents). While these were personal flaws, I would hope a manager would take note of his overindulgence in sweet talking his table. My subsequent visits have been just fine. The bar is set by some smaller tables which are rarely ever filled, and they serve a pretty decent Chianti. Olive Garden is a safe bet in this slowly expanding city of Greenville.

My husband and I went here for lunch. Food and service were great! For a Saturday it wasn’t busy plus we went 20 min after they opened so parking was great as well.

I’m normally not a fan of chain restaurants but I will make an exception for this place. There is usually a wait so I always sit at the bar. The service is better there I think. The bartenders are really nice and personable. The food is good and predictable.

Okay, this is a chain and not a gourmet Italian eatery. That said, the food is fine if you are not a snob. I had spagetthi with meat sauce. Quality of Service: One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Beverage was delivered wrong and then took about 15 minutes and the prompting of another server before it was corrected. Salad(how hard is it to screw up an Olive Garden paint by numbers salad?) was not as ordered. Waitress disappeared for long periods of time. When asked what was going on she replied«we have a crisis in the back». Why this made it our fault I’ll never know. I warned Mrs. Shirt that when we gave her our cupon, it would create even more confusion, as it did when we got a wrong bill! Cleaniness: I like the endless paper towels and the scent of the hand lotion in the bathrooms. Superior job keeping the busy dining area clean and orderly. Portion Size: Entrees are small but it’s more than made up for with the endless salad and bread. Value For The Money: With the endless salad, bread and use of a cupon, it’s a deal!
