Love their coffee stop by there at least twice a week on the way to work! Love the seasonal specialties.

I can always count on Brew & Ewe for a great cup of coffee! Love their pimento cheese with tomato and bacon and frozen lemonade as well! Really haven’t had anything I disliked here. Friendly staff too! Always look forward to chatting with the girl who works most mornings — its refreshing to see someone who works hard and seems to enjoy it!

I stopped in for the first time today for lunch, and it did not disappoint! I had the yummy curried chicken salad wrap with fresh fruit on the side. The food was delicious and I just loved the cute atmosphere. I enjoyed browsing the little shop too, and will definitely be back to pick up some holiday gifts.

What a charming little café! It’s pretty quiet, I think, because it’s just enough off the main strip to be hidden. But, it is so wonderful. I got my first pumpkin spice latte of the season a couple weeks ago, and I was not disappointed. I also had a veggie wrap with greek dressing that was rather good and yes, comes wrapped up like a present. It’s adorable. I hung out to do some work, and it was the perfect place to get something done. It’s quiet and comfortable, and has amazing Counter Culture Coffee. They also have the cutest little shop attached, and it looks like it’s another little house inside. So cute. And, the service is so friendly, too.

Friendly staff. Great food presentation. Upstairs play space for kids. All tables have checkers game board painted on. I always love a place that offers fresh fruit. Will definitely come back!

The curry chicken salad is what this place is all about. Such good flavors OMG! If you are staying at the marriott go here for breakfast and coffee you’ll get back in no time… It’s not even a block away. The bistro in the hotel takes way too long.

Very reasonable prices and neat atmosphere. Latte was brought to me quickly and was tasty. Looking forward to tearing into the bacon egg and cheese bagel.

B&E was my pre-Farmer’s Market buzz joint, and it definitely had a cool atmosphere. Being located a bit South of downtown before you get into the next district, it has a low-key, but inviting vibe. It is also partnered with a little kiddy shop. My cup for joe was brewed a smidge too long, and it tasted burned. They also only had the house brew, but there were still numerous blends on the menu. The pastry offerings were also fairly limited. I went with the honey bran, and I believe that it was not baked-day-of-fresh. Unfortunately, the muffin was a touch dry and bland. Another negative: I went in at 9AM, and there were«stains» on the toilet. There should never be any evidence of poor cleaning, especially an hour after opening. Also, no paper towels; ridiculous. This was of my least favorite coffee experiences, but at least there is free wi-fi.

One of the coffee shops downtown where I can get a soy latte. That’s all I’ve ever really gotten here, so I can’t comment on much of their menu. They use Torani syrups, so the flavored coffees will be vegan. No vegan options for food though, so I can’t comment there. Ladies behind the counter are always friendly, even going so far as to pre-fill my steel mug with hot water to warm it before the latte is poured into it. Plus they have a repeat customer stamp promotion, buy 7 and 8th coffee is free. I’m always a sucker for those things.

This is a fun undiscovered location in downtown Greenville. The Brew and Ewe is a quiet quaint coffee shop /Deli /retail store that features wool nick nacks. They also have classes to teach basic knitting and stuff. Get the Curry Chicken Salad, it is great. There is a family that owns it and the whole family helps out. It is located in the retail section of the condos on broad street across from the Peace Center.
