So thankful for the awesome people at Bike the Rabbit! By far the best customer service I found amongst bike rental places. Really needed bikes at a certain time and they were flexible and helpful enough to make it happen for me. Definitely plan on being a returning customer!

They offer a great service of delivering and picking up the bikes from where you start and stop. That added convenience with their competitive prices and bikes that ‘fit’ us (we’re really tall) made this a great experience! I definitely recommend this company.

Best experience I’ve had in Greenville! I found this service via a Living Social deal, as my boyfriend and I recently relocated to Greenville and didn’t know much about the city, services, trails, etc. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. Graham was prompt, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided a great service overall. I take customer service very seriously, as it’s become increasingly rare these days. Needless to say, I was super impressed with this company. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
