Hey. I normally don’t write reviews about stores or buying experiences but I felt like I had to write one based on the review that I recently found online. I recently had a DJ controller repaired at Tri-Tech by Wes and I found that I had a totally different experience. I was debating on purchasing a new controller because mine went down during a gig. I explored both new and used equipment options and I found them online. Fortunately they were local to my area and I called and scheduled a time to come in. I found that the staff was really nice and attentive and I got a chance to meet Wes, the lead technician. He was very pleasant but genuine. He asked a lot of questions in order to properly diagnose the problem and offered to take a look at it for me. The price seemed very reasonable but I decided to shop around to insure that I would find it the best deal. I went to several different music stores in the area like Don’s Music City, Guitar Center, etc… and I found out that Tri-Tech not only had the best price but the had the best customer service by far! I returned to Tri-Tech and got the work done to my controller. It has worked flawlessly since. Wes even called me personally to inform me as to why my controller malfunctioned and he even allowed me to test it before I left the store. No one does that anymore. I have since had a set of speakers refurbished(blown woofer and fried crossover) and I haven’t had a point with those either. The only reason that you came across the review site was because a was trying to find their number for them to service one of my techniques turntables. I don’t know what happened with the last guy but I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences when dealing with Tri-Tech by Wes and I feel like their rating was way too low based on my experiences. They’re a Five-Star organization all of the way!!! It sounds like he was the victim of a delay by a Manufacturer and not Tri-Tech by Wes. I was actually surprised at how quickly the repairs were made.

Little more than two months ago i dropped off the sound system for the gym i run. Wes told me he would do his best to fix it as it wasn’t playing any sound. Several days later, maybe 1 – 2 weeks, i was told he couldn’t fix it at his location. Which is cool, he offered to send my system off to Samson for repairs which was also cool. After that I call back every week for 4 – 5 weeks asking about the device and if they had heard anything. No news, after a while i started to wonder but kept faith as Wes had told me several times my audio system was being repaired it just took 4 – 6 weeks. A total of nearly two months into the process Wes calls me and asks for the Receipt for my device so that he can send it off to Samson… So basically, Wes seemed nice enough if a little un organized which i can relate to. The MAJOR problem i had was telling me numerous times that my product was sent off and being repaired when in fact he was lying. Not cool, Not cool at all.
