Target Stores

This location has gotten a lot better since my last review. Maybe they got enough complaints that they finally made some improvements. Also, they’ve tweaked the grocery selection to have less Walmart-​tastic offerings, so the numbers of sleazy shoppers have dwindled considerably, and more classy people are coming back.

This target has to be the worst in the triad! Customer service is a joke and not helpful at all. Also found them trying to sell over 25 bottles of concentrate Gerber formula that were expired! Some for only a week some for months and as much as a f****** YEAR! Unacceptable in my book I will be checking everyday for the next week to make sure it’s been removed!

It’s a Target so it’s about the same as all the other ones, but I like the one on Wendover better.

Of the three Targets in Greensboro, this is my least favorite one. In contrast to the locations off Bridford and Highwoods, this location has you enter on the left side of the store. It also seems dimly lit in comparison. It feels old or something. The food court area seemed smaller.
This location does have more registers than the other two in Greensboro. Once again Target kicks you know who in the junk as far as having employees working registers and helping throughout the store. Every register was open today. I don’t know if it is because it’s the holiday shopping season, but this Target got it done. Things moved. A few people were also directing customers to lines as they opened. The effort was there to get people out as quickly as possible.
Today I came in for some mittens for my toddler. I asked an employee who was stocking shelves where these were located. She stopped what she was doing and walked with me to the other side of the store to these. Thanks for customer service!
One thing that irks me about this location is the shopping center itself. For the number of stores, it needs more parking. It feels cramped. I think of the Bridford location and how large the parking lot is in comparison. It also seems like it took me forever to get out of the center. The flow of traffic didn’t exactly flow. One small entrance/​exit wasn’t enough.

Pharmacy has horrible service.
I have left RX there and had to come back a few times before I finally got my meds
The Pharmacy has really snobby Pharmacist she was sarcastic to me
I think they are short staffed

I like Target. That being said, I went to this location today in a quest for Valentines wrapping paper, bows, and cards. They had a nice selection of cards, but the wrapping paper/​bows selection was pretty lame. Checkout wasn’t too bad, and the cashier was friendly.

It’s big-​clean-​organized. They always open lanes when lines are getting too long and there’s hardly a wait.
Downside is I hate trying on clothes. The ladies at the dressing room counter always make me feel like I’m stealing. I want to just tell then «don’t worry, I pay for my shit». Just the stares and the horrible customer service in the dressing room dept.
The customer service at the front of the store is amazing and if anything doesn’t work and I return they are very helpful!!!
Anyways it’s a Target I will always be back.

Good selection. Nice staff. Easy access.

This is my favorite Target in town. The staff is so friendly and the store is very clean and always organized. The customer service managers are so professional, calm and eager to please their customers.

Everyone that worked there seemed really happy and eager to help. I think just about every employee I came in contact w/​greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything.

I am unsure why this Target has such a high review. Everytime I come here things are unorganized, disheveled and out of stocks are running rampant.
This location is close by so I do frequent it quite often. Sometimes I even go to all the Targets in GSO in one weekend and this one is probably my least favorite.
One thing that I have noticed about this location is that when I am ready to check out I have to move to 2 or 3 different registers because the computer/​scanner/​card machine something isnt working properly.

I don’t have to explain what target is. Target has a great selection of electronics, mens and womens apparel, grocery items, sporting goods, and hot foods. Target automatically gets 5 stars for competing with walmart.
