Terrible store. You can tell from the trash and garbage all over the grounds, which hasn’t been picked up in years. Inside, a mess. Never clean, boxes and items everywhere. Unsupervised children tear open bags of food. You can never find items on shelf, especially late in the week because only gets deliveries on Monday. Staff surly. Long lines at Checkout. Store lacks self-​service machines like other CVS in Great Neck Plaza.
How could you fill a prescription at this place? The other Great Neck CVS is far better. Like night and day.

Good variety of products but don’t go here for the pharmacy. The staff is slow and there always seems to be a problem. There is also a long waiting time when waiting for a prescription so do not go here if you are in a rush.
