Pristine Hair

I’ve been to this salon a couple of times and I have to say everyone there does not act professional. I saw two hair stylists fighting in front of their clients. And I’ve seen Charles fight with other hairstylists in front of his clients. Not only that, they don’t call and confirm your appointments which is what a professional salon is supposed to do. The receptionist booked me an appointment at the wrong time. I waited for more than an hour to get my hair done! She didn’t apologize and even Charles didn’t apologize. Patrick would cut my hair and he does not know how to cut hair. I went to get my hair cut somewhere else and she said that my hair was not cut even. I don’t understand why anyone would go to this salon to get their hair and makeup done for their wedding. I’ve seen Charles do up dos on brides and their hair comes out too tight looking. The makeup isn’t anything special either.

I went to Pristine last week for my bridal hair and makeup trial. I can honestly say I was swept off my feet by Charles and his team. I left his salon feeling so beautiful, and he really went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve never felt more comfortable with somebody I had just met, and he took my visions and made them reality. It is so comforting to know I will look fabulous on my wedding day thanks to Charles.

The salon is classy and very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Charles has been cutting my hair for over 25 years and I would not trust anybody else! I always walk out of there looking great!
