Excellent management of the 27 units they manage for us. Tenant issues are resolved with little or no effort on our part. We don’t use TK Property Group for legal issues, we usually talk to our Lawyer. sort of like I would not go to a Thai Resturaunt and expect them to fix my car.

We hired this property management group to manage our rental. Stay away. They do not know the law. Tenant broke lease and they said I could keep the deposit to cover my loss of income and cleaning. Tenant sued and won. I was advised by TK knight and lost. All the advise I received from these people was wrong. Go for someone who knows the law and will guide you through the rental process.
