This eatery is located off a highway with a nice appeal to it from the outside. Upon entering, a group of six was seated right away. The host greeted us with a menu and advised the service waitress would arrive shortly. About four minutes after being seated, the waitress arrived. She welcomed us and provided a overview of the menu options. This eatery offers dishes that can be ordered as sides or entrees. On my particular visit, the group ordered shrimp, beef and brockly, brown rice and white rice. The food arrived to our table steaming hot. The beef was salty upon first taste. Tried a second piece and salty again. I didn’t partake in the shrimp. The rice was sticky, but didn’t have a flavor to it that made you want to return to order more. It was your typical rice taste. Throughout our meal, our waitress was excellent in following up and checking in. She filled up waters without being asked and she even provided us with a desert menu without being asking. I appreciated her dedication to serving others. Her name started with an M. I’ll leave it at that. The pricing is overpriced. The beef plate was about $ 13 and shrimp plate was $ 18. Personally, the taste of food did not stand out to me as did the price for its lack of flavor. I didn’t enjoy the food. I attempted to try it, but this isn’t a place I’ll returning into.

Tried the new kale/Quinta dip last night as my boyfriend gave the shaking beef a try and hit a home run. While the wait was a bit longer than we hoped for with reservations made it was certainly worth the wait having Miranda as in(like Miranda Lambert) as our server. Okay, it was only 15 minutes and the manager did reach out to us to let us know it wouldn’t be long. A total delight and even surprised us with a bowl of our favorite pineapple ice cream after learning the ever popular Chi Apple Cobbler was gone

First time at this PF Chang location and it was good. Our waitress Lacy put in the five kid’s orders first and every thing from appetizers to dessert came out timely. The chicken wraps were good. I did not taste the egg rolls but my sister gobbled them down fast so I imagine they were good. I usually get the Oolong Sea Bass but decided on the Hong Kong Sea Bass this time and it was good but under flavored nothing a little soy sauce could not fix and all the veggies were perfectly cooked. Dad’s Salt & Pepper Prawns and Sister’s Cashew Chicken were all good. All the kids cleaned their plates — always a sign of return visit. The Chai apple pie with vanilla ice cream was a hit all around. Lunch menu is served until 4PM all around 7.95 including soup.

If you are celiac/gluten intolerant, you must eat here! They are very knowledgeable and provide exceptional customer service. If you order off the GF menu they have plates with a different design so you know it was prepared in their dedicated GF section in the kitchen. When you order sauce it will come in a red cup which means GF. Dedicated GF woks and utensils. They even have GF strawberry shortcake! Cody brought our food to the table and immediately asked if I was celiac or gluten intolerant. He explained he has celiac as well and described how careful the cooks are and informed me of the above precautions they take to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. I didn’t get sick and will definitely return!

Nice ambience. I didn’t like their food primarily because I don’t like sweetness in a fried rice or noodle. Even the spiciest dish is sweet. Everything you order is sweet.

My husband, son and I ate lunch here today(Sunday). We were highly disappointed with the whole experience from the waiter to the food itself. I ordered pork lo mein and, while it came out piping hot, it tasted like plastic! My husband ordered beef lo mein and it didn’t taste that way. He tasted mine and completely agreed that it tasted like plastic! The waiter didn’t come by to check on us after the food was delivered but I happened to catch him and reported it. He said, «do you want me to have it remade?» Hmm, of course I don’t want to eat cooked plastic! The price of food here is outrageous for what you get; two orders of lo mein and an order of dumplings cost $ 30 before a tip. The service used to be excellent, today’s service was subpar! Bottom line… I will not be returning to PF Chang’s.

We had take out from PF Chang’s in Grapevine last night for dinner. I usually love eating at the restaurant, but I’ll probably not take out food again… here is is why: 1. I arrived at the appointed time, 7:20pm and there were 5 others there waiting in this small and uncomfortable box that sometime ago was a service area not intended for customers. While I waited 10 – 15 minutes, another 5 ppl showed up and now there was SRO for them and tight quarters for everyone. There was only 1 server to help everyone and she clearly needed some serious help; she was well trained, but there were too many customers for her to handle all together, properly. 2. They were offering a discount, and I wanted to take advantage of it. Also I am a member of their ‘club’ and needed to get the points credited to my account. This nice server tried and tried and tried and could not get their system to recognize my phone number to credit points. H o w e v e r… when I called in my order, a lady answered the phone and said«Are you ___and called me by my name! I was pleased with that greeting! They use some sort of phone number recognition — like caller ID, linked to your account. She knew who I was from the get-go — started out with my name. So what’s up with that? I ask the server how I get this problem corrected and she told me to take my receipt, log in at home and enter in my information and the points would be credited. I said«yes I understand what you are telling me to do, but not quite answering my question — how I get this corrected — to which she told me very nicely and obviously honestly — I don’t know». I acknowledge she was busy, it was hectic; poor timing on my part, perhaps I was asking or expecting too much service considering… 3. We had Singapore Street Noodles — what I took home was nice portion, however the noodles were as dry as the Sahara… No hint of mild curry sauce(no sauce!) the few pieces of chicken were just as dry. This entrée was completely ruined as far as I am concerned… and yet they are the restaurant, who many years ago introduced this delicious noodle dish to me! Shame on you PF Chang’s for ruining this once delicious entrée! 4. Next item; Pad Thai, Combo, $ 17.00 for a noodle dish. It was OK, not bad, not great. There is a neighborhood Thai restaurant near– by that does it better for $ 11.95 and lots more ‘stuff’ in the noodles(veggies and protein) with a lot more flavor. It was better last time we dined in with some friends. 5. We ordered our usual Eggplant — it’s sauteed with a thick sauce — delicious as always! They used to have it with small pieces of chopped chicken(or pork) and in other Chinese restaurants this is sometimes called Szechuan Eggplant. They use quality Japanese eggplants which are very delicious — and more expensive! We also received brown rice to accompany this dish, yummy. 6. We ordered small portions of: Asparagus, garlic spinach and cucumbers. The asparagus were very tasty, but mostly the end or the rougher usually chewier lower part of the spear. Still it was delicious and it had a little extra sauce at the bottom — was great over rice. Cucumbers were good, a little spice and a little sauce does them well! Garlic Spinach — this was intriguing… I opened the box and I had a spinach salad, ½ maybe was cooked. No seasoning whatsoever… except a portion of raw garlic thrown into the almost raw spinach. I want to be fair here though, the prices on these small portions are fixed reasonably. However, that isn’t an excuse not to do it right! So I will take out my receipt, try to put some info from it into m PF Chang’s account and see if my points work… although the nice server lady told me a few times«you’ve gotten your discount». I felt — a little slighted — as if she meant I should be happy with the discount and not want/expect my dining points also; I had /have a different perspective coming from a customer’s view point. Regardless I still tipped her a couple dollars for my take-out order. I drive 15 – 20 minutes to get there to pick-up this order. Next time we want Chinese take-out we’ll likely go some place local… I’m sure we will consider going back to PF Chang’s — but only to dine in. My last comment, ’cause this is one dang long review… Most things tasted good, just there were a few mess-ups. All restaurants mess up, there are human’s doing it all(thankfully), and people make errors, we all have to acknowledge that and understand when we can have some empathy… Maybe a cook no-showed; 2 servers were sick — or needed to take their children Trick or Treating; you know, stuff happens. From my perspective there were just a few too many«little things» that didn’t seem right. I think my feelings relate more towards — at this price point, it should be better, consistently.

I’m a big fan of PF Chang’s and this location never fails to please in all facets of the experience, including ambience, service and fare. I ordered my standard Kung Pao Shrimp with brown rice. The Kung Pao had just the right degree of spiciness and the rice was perfectly prepared. Given that I was celebrating a professional colleagues new job, the glass of Riesling was a perfect accompaniment. I especially appreciate their providing nutritional information online so foodies like me who want to reverse that expanding waistline can plan accordingly!

Wow — Save your money especially if your at getting Take Out. Spent $ 57.00 for 3 entrees and lettuce wraps. The portions are smaller than anything I’ve seen. $ 14.50 Beef & Broccoli that would hardly feed one person.

Came here on a Thursday night for a book club. Met there at 5:30 to sit in the bar for a bit for happy hour. The bartender Amanda was AMAZING! She had great recommendations for drinks. She also suggested a group of 12 of us could sit in the bar and enjoy happy hour until 7. She was attentive, funny, and willing to help us with anything we wanted. The food was good but I feel it was overall expensive for what we got. I ordered the dumplings which were good flavor and cooked perfectly. I don’t know if I would go back for the food but definitely for the happy hour and Amanda :-)

The food was delicious, the service was prompt. They offer draft LakeFire Rye Pale Ale from the Grapevine Brewery which is my fav. My sister had their Moscow Mule which was tasty and served with a chewy ginger candy.

This restaurant has lost some of its appeal. We had lunch here on a Saturday at Noon and I was shocked that the place was less than half full. It was not that long ago that you had to stand in line for 30 minutes to get a table. Perhaps the substantial price increases on the menu are part of the reason? I used to order Mongolian Beef, previously $ 12.95. Now, it is $ 17.95! That is waaay out of range for a lunch dish. My GF and I shared an order of Crispy Honey Shrimp($ 18.95) a couple of egg rolls, an order of lettuce wraps(small plate) and BBQ rib app. With a glass of tea the total was nearly $ 50 for two, and we only had one entrée! The upside is that the food was as good or better than I remember from our last visit. Everything was served hot and was quite good. On our last visit, the Crispy Honey Shrimp were cold and mushy, this time they were perfect. They no longer mix up the dipping sauce for the lettuce wraps at the table like before, but our waitress offered to do it when we asked about the change in policy. Our server, Christina, was excellent and very efficient. We will be back, but perhaps during the week when they offer some lunch specials.

I’m not sure why P.F. Chang’s doesn’t have a higher rating in general. It’s a major chain, and as such it must be rated differently than a single location business. I actually thoroughly enjoy P.F. Chang’s, and there are a few key reasons for this. They have a Sea bass entrée for $ 26 bucks that features an 8oz portion, if you break this down most stores sell Chilean Sea bass for $ 29.99 a lb; that’s $ 15 for a ½lb portion, and that’s why I find it to be very sensibly priced. When you look at the wine list there are also plenty of fairly priced options there. For example a Rioja Alavesa from Artadi is only $ 40(2010 vintage), this wine typically retails for $ 29.99, so only a $ 10 premium. I for one love to be able to go out and not get brutally ripped off with wines sold at exactly two times their retail price. As far as authenticity goes, it’s a chain. Authentic Chinese food would likely not be tolerated well by the masses, and this is reflected by their menu. Everything I’ve tried there has been acceptable at worst, and delightful at best. It is disappointing that they removed the duck entrée from the menu. From what I remember this cleaver concoction was two duck legs(confit) seared and served with some vegetables. I found it to be very delicious and again reasonably priced. The fact the duck wasn’t «fresh» actually worked in it’s favor, delivering a salty, savory treat which is far more feasible than authentic Peking duck.

Mediocre at best and three stars is very generous. Overall what you would expect from a chain Asian restaurant. I would much rather go to hole in the wall or family owned restaurant but that’s just me. Food was okay but I’ve had much better. The hot and sour soup was pretty good and my favorite thing I ordered. Chicken lettuce wraps aren’t bad but the sauce was too mustardy for my liking. Dishes weren’t very flavorful and were just blah. Service was very slow and we waited forever to get waters(had to ask twice to get them). Nothing special about this place.

I have been at this P.F.Chang’s many times. I always enjoy the food. It’s quite good American Chinese food. The portion is quite generous, and you will be assured that you walk out full. This time I ordered a typical item: broccoli and beef with brown rice. The beef was nicely stir-fried and tender. Each piece got some thickness, so I could really tasted the beef. The brown rice was soft and moist, different from typical brown rice, which is a bit dry and rough in texture. The broccoli added a beautiful color to the dish topped with a few alfalfa bean sprouts. The only negative thing is that there was a little bit too much soy sauce or salt, and I found it quite salty. Next time, I would ask for less sauce or salt. The service was good. I enjoyed a great time with my friends. Overall, the dinning experience was great.

Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. Place was busy but not so much that we didn’t get in straight away. Service was good, waitress friendly and helpful. Wife likes that you can substitute Quinoa for rice. The cashew chicken was excellent… as expected. I was a little disappointed in the lobster avocado roll. It wasn’t bad, but kinda light on the lobster… almost couldn’t taste it at all. Restaurant was clean. We will certainly return.

Delicious food! Great Service. I feel bad that PF Changs got caught up in that nasty credit card theft business. Here is to hoping that«Apple Pay» and other next generation payment technologies thwart those nasty felonious hacker scum. Luckily, this PF Chang’s location was not impacted by this crime. It looks like only one TX location(Austin) was affected. Here is the link to the list of locations: Venue PF Chang’s restaurants are always beautiful. This one is no exception. Semi-open kitchen design, nice amber lighting, and modern fixtures make this a comfortable place to have a meal. Food To start: House Made Egg Rolls & Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I don’t think I have ever been here and not ordered the lettuce wraps. They are fresh and delicious. The egg rolls were also good, hot, crispy, and not oily. Dinner: Chang’s Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken. Also cooked to perfection. The food arrived at the table steaming hot, Service Our server was friendly and even a little funny. She was attentive but not overly so as to make you uncomfortable. My sesame chicken was a little on the sweet side for my taste so I asked form some sriracha. She brought me sriracha and 3 other spicy sauces to try. I thought that was a nice touch that was over and above what was asked. Good friendly service is always a big ++ in my book. Summary Great food. Great location. Beautiful restaurant. Excellent service.
