Alison was exceptional to work with. She had the books out and ready for us to look at when we got there, and she was SUPER patient. She asked questions about my fiancé, our engagement, and I overall felt connected with her. We were really stuck between two options, and she had the brilliant suggestion to use one of them for the shower invitations. Afterwards, we had a delicious lunch across the street! The entire experience of that day was special and memorable because it was a day with my mom (lets be honest, most grooms don’t care what the invitations look like!). I will definitely recommend the magic pen in the future.

The girls here a great. I got my wedding invitations done at this shop. I was able to look through books of invitations that they had at the store and they were able to create something custom for me at a much more reasonable price. They have a wonderful selection too. Making up my mind was probably the hardest part.

A great little card store located on Main Street. The front of the building is a separate vintage clothing store and the magic pen is in the rear. Support the little store instead of a bigger chain. The Magic Pen provides better service and can customize invitations. I like being able to buy flowers for a friend’s birthday two doors down at City Florist, then walking to the Magic Pen to get a birthday card.

I was in the store buying somethings to honor a friend who had passed. The owner of the shop stopped and said hi as she usually does. She asked me what brought me in there and I explained. She gave me her deepest most heart felt apologies and took the time to listen. I gathered all of my things and went to the front. She followed me to front and GAVE me my purchase. She said she was sorry for my loss and that it was a gift AND she said that she said she would be praying for us and would add my friend to the list! She blessed me beyond measure today. I will always continue to go to this store because this lady is about more than business! BTW, check out all of her cool merchandise and amazing stationary!
