Husband spent $ 300 on 4 dozen roses for me for Valentine’s Day. They were in a huge cheap vase and over crowded — the same day when I got home from work they were wilted and dying. When I called to complain and ask for an exchange they blamed HIM because — he picked them! Save your money, they don’t stand behind their quality and their arrangement was over crowded and lacked style.

Terrible experience here, I asked them to follow some easy instructions on the delivery of some flowers and they completely failed. I was livid and they offered zero sympathy. They’ll take your money and make decent flowers but do not trust them with any delivery.

WOWWOWWOW! I I received the most beautiful flower arrangement for my birthday yesterday. Not only did City Florist deliver to my work in the crazy weather conditions, but when my hydrangeas wilted from being in the cold, they happily replaced them for me. I was so impressed with the shop, the owner and the service that I can’t wait to give my husband another reason to spoil me with beautiful flowers from City Florist. So so so impressed!

I’m sure this is a busy week but there will be a 2−14−15 so plan for it. Web site didn’t work, phone message was poor when trying to call the shop directly. I’m going somewhere else because even if I could place an order, I smell poor service.

This review may be a bit premature because I haven’t seen the flowers yet but Im willing to give a 5 star review right now based on customer service alone. We were assisted by a young lady named Rochelle who helped us arrange for flowers for a funeral. She was incredibly helpful and very considerate of what we are going through. ____________________ Update — even though we one a bit of a tight budget Rochelle put together a absolutely gorgeous arrangement for us. I highly recommend Grapevine City Florist. Good people.

I went to Grapevine City Florist yesterday to pick up a custom corsage for a friend’s 65th birthday. When I called, I asked if they had any yellow calla lilies in stock. Sadly, they did not have calla lilies but the nice lady did say«We do have yellow roses.» When I explained that I was ordering a corsage, she suggested I go with a pale yellow Okie Dokie rose because it would open larger than a bright yellow rose. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome; picture posted. The recipient’s favorite flowers are yellow roses or calla lilies and she was ecstatic to wear the gorgeous corsage for her 65th birthday party. I would gladly give City Florist in Grapevine my business again.
