It was a cold day and I had my baby in the car, the staff was willing to make my sandwich and walk it out to me and I paid over the phone! Super, super cool service, thank you!

I asked for vinaigrette dressing on the side, they would NOT give to me after spending $ 30 on sandwiches when other JJ’s have. Said it was policy by owner Jimmy John, JJ just lost a customer to other sandwich shops due to a stupid policy that has no reasoning and does not serve the customer well. Any other restaurant gives whatever you want on side, even Subway, Jason’s potbelly, etc. HORRIBLESERVICE!

This place sucks. Too busy laughing and joking and don’t give a shit about customers. No choice of bread given. Sandwich was made with white bread and that was it. Rip off. Crap food and will never go to this shit hole again.

They don’t honor refills for drinks what??? The lady manager said we can not get refill because she didn’t see me paying for the drinks earlier. 1) why would I have the jimmy johns cup? It’s not like I picked up one from the trash or something 2) I didn’t even see you earlier so how would you know that I wasn’t there to purchase the drink? 3) are you serious? Please put a sign that says no refill. 4) I want to hear back from franchise owners asap 5) I’ll be filling a BBB complaint

Just walked in at 7:45pm. Everyone was cleaning– mopping, emptying the trash etc. One of the guys working finally saw us and he set down the trash he was carrying and put on gloves to make my sandwich… WITHOUT washing his hands… I asked if he was just carrying trash. He said yes and I said«you haven’t washed your hands.» He shrugged and said«ya so. I’m putting on gloves.» We walked out.

Seems to me that the atmosphere has changed. Very upbeat, very attentive and customer focused. Way to be responsive, I for one appreciate this as not all business owners care about one isolated negative experience.

This is Subway. It’s subway food. My sub was made super fast. There was even a sticker on the wrapper saying something like«golly our subs are fast!». But they are subway-quality. The pre-sliced meat and stuff is very similar to Subway, and the quality is about the same. It was a pretty sad-looking sub. I unrolled the thing and just saw the roll. Nothing sticking out. No thick layers of meat or anything really. It tasted OK. Not much to it like I said. The BBQ potato chips were really good. I was still hungry after because apparently my stomach has become a wild food-furnace from hell’s volcano. But a trip to 7 – 11 cured that. Jimmy John’s is the same as Subway. Don’t be fooled.

The worst delivery service! Eveytime we order at work for almost every week for 2 months now, the order is always messed up! We order coke and instead, we get tea and diet coke! No straws, no napkins! The food is not that great either. I stopped ordering because i got tired of getting the wrong order!

I love Jimmy Johns. Especially because they deliver their sandwiches to people who can’t get away from work, and want something delicious for lunch. Imagine my chagrin to find that they will not deliver to my business, which is 1.3 miles away… 1.3!!! This is unfortunate, because I like to feed my staff, especially on busy days. Will have to look elsewhere…

My review is specific to this particular Jimmy John’s which is a great restaurant chain and you will always find great sandwiches at any Jimmy John’s however this particular Jimmy Jones has a bunch of kids in there late teens early 20s and there seems to be no real management at this particular sandwich shop every time that I’ve been here there’s loud music blasting from the kitchen area some F bombs are drop and in general the language from the employees is not appropriate for any restaurant and they’re laughing and joking all the time I’m not trying to be a party pooper I enjoy a good laugh with my friends but if you go to this JJ don’t be surprised if you’re there with your family and/or kids and hear an f bomb or loud obnoxious music from the kitchen

No napkins anywhere, no salt and pepper on the tables. Tuna sandwich just ok. Overall I am not impressed.

As for the food, it is really really good. I love the bread. I have not had a bad sandwich here. As for the price, it is really good as well. The quality of the ingredients I feel is just better than a typical Subway. It is really clean in here. You can see the food being made. I have a hard time not finishing before I am finished with the drive home.

First time here, great alternative to Subway etc. I had the Vitos Sandwich on 7 grain bread, I would have given it 5 stars if the chips came with it.

Not impressed. So loud we couldn’t even talk at our table. Sandwiches were so boring, so I asked for some salt and pepper to try to add at least something. Shocker… the entire restaurant did not have salt and pepper. Really!!!

I was beyond thrilled to have a JJ so close to my work; however, the 5 times I’ve been here(keep in mind they’ve only opened a couple weeks ago &2 of these times I’ve ordered for delivery) the workers have gotten my orders wrong 4⁄5 times! I assume that’s what’ll happen when you hire high school students, but seriously; these kids cannot even count the correct change nor can they read! My first delivey attempt, they forgot my mustard packets. Fine, it’s just mustard but when you’re charging me a $ 2.00 delivery fee for what’s just across the parking lot, I expect bells & whistles! The second time, they forgot my avocado spreads, my cookie, and my cherry coke! I had to walk back to the store so that I could get my order right. Mustard packets i can live without but don’t mess with my chocolate chip cookie and cherry coke! Anyhow, because I enjoy the freshness of the vegetables and breads plus they’re right in my parking lot; I’ll probably still come back. Hopefully the owner is reading this and can hire some students with a bit more capability to run a sandwich shop.

What a great addition to the Vine. I have JJ catered at my office on occasion so I was familiar with their concept before going to this new location. I had the BLT and the bacon was crisp, the veggies were fresh and the bread was great. I asked for heavy mayo and got just what I asked for. They have those crunchy chips in different flavors that I love so. They don’t have kids meals, but they do have a slim sandwich that comes without veggies. The staff was cleaning when they weren’t waiting on customers and they were very friendly and helpful. Welcome to town JJ!!!

I’d heard a lot about Jimmy John’s. Wonderful stories about how great the service is, how delightful the sandwiches were, and how friendly the staff were. When I found out that one had opened in my area I was quite excited. So today, feeling a bit run down and in NO mood to cook, I decided to order out. It’s a bit late, but I check the Jimmy John’s website and find out they’re still open for another half hour. Outstanding! I figure out what I want, dial them up, give them my information, only to find they don’t deliver here. Huh? I’m exactly 1.7 miles from their store. 1.3 miles if you’re willing to cut through a school parking lot. I inquire as to their delivery range, and am advised that they stop at a nearby cross street due to construction. Here’s the problem. While there is AMPLE construction on the major highways in my area, there’s ABSOLUTELYNONE between them and my apartment. None, nada, zilch, absolutely zip. There’s no need to get on any of the highways, any road with major traffic, any road with any congestion. In fact, the only construction in the entire area that could effect them is directly outside of their store, possibly causing problems for 2 of the 3 entries into their parking lot. This is something they would have to pass for every single delivery they make. To be honest, I probably could have dealt with the construction excuse. But as I hung up the phone I was invited by some friends to go to the Waffle House that is next door to Jimmy John’s. Got here with no traffic, no delays, had no problem in any way. Drove through Jimmy John’s parking lot on my way in. Took me three minutes to make the trip. Fine, Jimmy John’s, I get it. You don’t want my business. I’ll be happy to oblige you.
