Probably the best deli in DFW. I don’t think there’s a sandwich on the menu that isn’t worth a try. My personal favorite is the P & K’s Totally Wicked.(Roast beef with horseradish & mayo.) There’s a very large selection to choose from, but you can thumb through a menu before you step up to the plate, since the overhead menu only shows a few select options. Ingredients are all fresh & the bread is just as good as any of the meats. They’re more than happy to customize to your liking. My only qualm would be that some sandwiches don’t have as much meat as I’d like, but even with the extra meat, prices are very reasonable. A few more chip selections would be nice, however. It’s a small place, but there’s a bit of outside seating. It’s in a quaint little shopping district, so the atmosphere is nice. The restaurant itself seems very clean as well, and service is great. They may bust your chops a little bit, but it’s always with love! If someone told me they didn’t like Weinberger’s, I simply wouldn’t believe ‘em. Check this place out!

I can confidently say that Weinberger’s Italian Beef is better than Portillos or Mr Beef. Bold words for those who are in the know! Super flavorful and huge! Cant wait to try their other offerings.

Kids meals were great but my Wall Street was just so so and my wife’s sandwich was the same. Great location and very friendly staff but after reading these Unilocal reviews I was expecting more from the sandwiches.

Been here multiple times for lunch. Food is really good but the space is dirty. Ceiling tiles and vents are dirty and overall needs a deep, cleaning. But sandwiches are great!

Small old-fashioned New York-style deli. Good atmosphere. Bright & clean. Had the gyro and it was without a doubt the best one I have ever eaten. I would drive up here just for the opportunity to eat another one. The Club Flat is described as «the most flavorable thing in your mouth that exploded, like a nuclear bomb»

Crowded little sandwich shop in downtown Grapevine where the food is decent(but a bit overpriced) and the employees aren’t «rude»(but they’re not really friendly either). There isn’t much room to sit but there is a patio(if the weather allows) and substitutions to orders aren’t welcomed. The portions are more than enough, but a half combo(half sandwich and soup or side) would make the options even better.

Lots and lots of MEAT sandwiches in a northeastern style deli environment, the personal presence of the owner, and homemade confections make Weinbergers a do over, and over again. I was there with a group of first timers with lots of questions. The owner was behind the counter and has a gruff exterior and a sparkle in his eye. My +1 waned a vegetarian sandwich, not listed on the overhead menu, but available in the more detailed paper menu on the service counter. The owner chimed in and offered to make any sandwich we wanted. She went with the John Ley with jalapeños and LUVVED it. I am a Reuben fan and ordered one. The sandwich was tasty, though a bit small. Sandwiches come with Ruffles chips and a dill spear. They have a running offer for anyone who finishes«the challenge» to be able to design their own sandwich. The walls are lined with plaques describing customer designed sandwiches. Everyone in our party loved this spot. I give four stars for a win in every point except the portion size. I needed my +1’s leftovers to feel full.

The Italian beef sandwich here is way better than Dan’s Italian beef. The make their own roast beef from a secret family recipe. The au jus also has a lot more flavor. The pastrami on rye was good but I still like Cindi’s better. They have lots of great sandwiches here. I’ll definitely be back to try them all. Will RTE.

Wow! What a cool place to get a tasty sandwich. There are so many sandwich options, and so far all of my selections have been great! It’s becoming a regular for me and my family!

Really authentic Chicago style food. Beware of the grizzly old owner. Didn’t realize it was a Dicks Last Resort type of place until I requested the owner to be fired. All ended well and he bought my party desert. You’ll enjoy the food but beware of the the“Soup Nazi”

I love this place! I go as often as I can when I make it over to Grapevine. There isn’t a sandwich place I have found that comes close to this. I have skipped around on their extremely large menu and haven’t found anything that I don’t like. My personal favorite — «The Avery»(not just because it shares my name) Be ready to walk around charming Main St Grapevine after your meal — their portions are huge!

If you’ve never eaten here, you are missing out! Absolutely worth the drive from any where in the metroplex. Get the medianoche and you can thank me later.

Another great Unilocal find. We are not in this are very often and we were looking for a fun place for lunch. This was it. One off charm with a huge variety of sandwich choices. I had an Angelo Cuban and I cannot recall one that was any better. Can’t wait to come back! Check it out, I think you will like it.

We ended our stay-cation here for lunch. Hands down favorite sand which shop. I recommend the medianoche! My wife ordered a club on wheat. Fair warning their wheat bread is actual multigrain, heavy on the grain.

Ridiculously good. My boss hates me, because I over eat and need a nap afterwards. Although, my boss had Weinberger’s for the first time today. He made the same fatal flaw… he kept eating, and now he is suffering the same outcome as I always have. Never leave hungry.

Awesome!!! Great prices, terrific food, the Muffuletta is HUGE! Well worth it and authentic! If you are a vegetarian or have someone in your group who is, the Green Brett is wonderful. I highly recommend Weinbergers!

A great local business in the heart of main street Grapevine. We tried the reuben as well as the debris(a new-orleans style sammie). The owner obviously reads reviews as there are signs now which state house chips come with all sandwiches. Sandwiches are made to order, and there are a crazy number of them to choose from. We both enjoyed our food, and will be back to try more!

What’s not to love about German food? It has taken me over a year to finally get my butt into the door despite not living too far. I was craving meat badly one day so that was the day it called me. It is located in the heart of Grapevine so if you’re wandering around that area, just walk over ’cause it’s sitting at the corner street. I came in around 4:30PM and the place was slightly empty(’cause you know, everyone is still working). Granted, I didn’t really look at the menu beforehand so when they asked me what I wanted, I randomly chose a sandwich. I ordered another sandwich after reading the menu some more and I really have to thank whoever was helping me for being patient. He helped me pick a sandwich since I was being fickle. The two sandwiches I ended up was the Weinberger Reuben and The Dragon’s Breath. The sandwiches are a pretty good size packed with fun stuff inside. I absolutely love mine! It was spicy and a large sandwich. I had to share mine ’cause I couldn’t finish it. The Reuben is your German sandwich with the sauerkraut and Rye bread(at least that’s what I think it was). The guy gave me two chip bags for free which of course, threw my diet out the window. Overall, loved the sandwiches and I’ll be back!

Friendly staff and the sandwiches are light and healthy. Bratwursts are good too. Really like the potato salad and chili. Will pass on the cookies, they were hard or overcooked?
