I have only dealt with the service department so that is what my review is based on. I bought my Ford Edge in CA and had a horrible buying experience and promised myself my next car would not be a Ford. Fast forward two years and I moved to DFW. I have a maintenance program so have to take my car to a Ford place. I have been then there three times, two oil changes and one bigger problem that was all covered under warranty.
I have always dealt with Aaron McBride and he is always professional and courteous. They also have a great waiting area for the customers.
I’m still not sold on ever buying another Ford but they are making me lean that way.

Grapevine Ford harrassed us in to buying a WORTHLESS extended warranty! Do not let the sleaze bag finance people bully you into a MPP Mechanical Protection Plan. They will play a better interest rate against you to buy one. Your interest rate hinges on your credit, not buying a worthless product. Your better off going to your bank and getting a loan before you buy. Then you can avoid they fury the unleash on you! We have had multiple mechanical claims denied. Also know that if you already bought an extended warranty, you can cancel it and get a prorated amount back. Don’t be the victim and waste thousands of dollars on a product that is maybe worth a few hundred. If you want an extended warranty, do the research after your purchase and buy it on your own thru reputable company. The bonuses the finance people and sales people make all revolve around them selling warranties. They make a tone of money because the warranties have ZERO weight.

I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion here and the service was phenomenal. My guy here was Mr. Juan Carranza and not only did he know everything about the car, he made the whole experience, from the test drive to the purchase, simply awesome.
I’ve been extremely happy with my car and with the service I got from Grapevine Ford.
If you go to Grapevine Ford looking for a used car, ask for Juan Carranza, he’ll hook you up.

$ 1400 for an oil change and tuneup on my Ford Explorer — Feeling Ripped Off
The following week, the car wouldn’t start off and on, and I have a leaking radiator.
Took it to 5^th Gear in Lewisville, and found a serpentine belt that needed replacement, and valve covers leaking oil.
Overpriced, failed to detect needed repairs, and I believe caused damage to my radiator and put the key near high magnets causing the security system/​key failing to recognize/​start failure.
I’ll never use these guys again.

Typical sleazy car dealership, lures potential customers in with lies and false promises. Takes advantage of hard working people. Salesmen don’t know simple third grade math.

I knew there was a reason I had never bothered using this dealership despite living close by. I dropped my truck off for an oil change. Robbie Butler, the Assistant Service Manager didn’t bother telling me how long, but when I asked if it would be more than an hour to an hour and a half, he said that wouldn’t be a problem. He asked me when I wanted to pick it up and I said I’d be back in 2 hours. 2 hours later, I come back and they haven’t even started working on my truck yet. Didn’t bother calling and telling me there was going to be a delay though. That would have been the professional thing to do. Don’t bother getting a maintenance package with Ford, they waste your time when taking it in for anything at all.

Terrible, wretched, infuriating experience here! We were loyal Ford customers for five years when we lived in Toledo, OH. We had leased 2 black Ford Focuses while living there. We just moved to the DFW area a month ago and took our Focus into Ford Grapevine because our lease was up and wanted to lease a new Ford Focus but in a different color. The sales guy was incredibly pushy and repeatedly tried to force us to commit to the red Ford Focus that he didn’t even have on the lot. I literally had to tell him 3 times the we would not buy a car without seeing it first. When we asked him what the monthly price would be he actually said, «I can’t tell you the price unless you commit to buy the car.» Are you kidding? We were shocked at the shady and disgusting sales techniques this guy was using. Also, they took our keys to check the condition of our Focus and wouldn’t give them back for over an hour.
We returned a week later to return our lease car and had to wait for 10 minutes before a very rude man, Curtis, approached us and said, «You didn’t make an appointment to return your lease so you’ll need to wait.» In our five years with Ford we’ve never needed an appointment. Later, he came back and took us to his office without ever introducing himself or offering a friendly word such as a simple hello. He has so incredibly rude that I insisted on speaking with the manager to tell him that our entire experience with his dealership was awful and that they lost a loyal customer forever.
I guess it was meant to be though because we actually decided to go next door to Park Place and lease a Mercedes!

If I didn’t have to at least pick 1 star, I wouldn’t. I have purchased a few cars over the years and this was, by far, the worst customer service and sales experience ever.
In the market for a new mustang (2015 and competition orange), we found one listed on grapevine ford’s website. Inquired about the car and John Williams verified the vehicle was still available so we made an appointment to check it out. Went to visit Mr. Williams and after a long wait he finally greeted us, and he REEKED of cigarette smoke. Turns out the car listed on the website had about 10 grand in upgrades we weren’t interested in WEEKS before we inquired about the car. But, John had another available that he could get. Long story short… he sold us a car that he did NOT yet have, two days in a rental, a few calls where an unprofessional tone and attitude was displayed and we have the car.
John was the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I have had the displeasure of having to deal with in the car industry.
Only positive thing was the finance guy, Jason Tonney.

Great service with great staff, awesome facilities, nice and clean. I recommend

My review is about the Mustang Café… Ah, where to start. The service is extremely slow. The only person doing anything is the guy who takes your order. It took us 25 minutes to get a sandwich. A 5 year old could have done better. BUT maybe if the young couple behind there would stop kissing than maybe our food would come out quicker. They serve their employees before their customers. About 10 employees got their food before we did and we payed and waited! Also, we turned down an offer on a car because the deal seemed ridiculous and the guy called my husband an idiot. Seriously? We walked out and purchased a vehicle the same day from some where else. We will not be back.

We had an engine replaced in one of our trucks at Auto Nation Ford on Bryant Irvin Rd. in November of 2014 for a little over $ 5k.
In March we noticed it was leaking some kind of fluid & took it to a local garage to see what it was. They said it was leaking from the rear main seal & it should be under warranty.
We took it back to Auto Nation Ford & they gave us some BS, said it wasn’t leaking from there & charged us another $ 1200 for something else. Keep in mind this a commercial vehicle so we don’t see it on a daily basis.
In July we noticed it was still leaking. Took it to a different local garage & same diagnosis.
Fed up we took it to Grapevine Ford — we’d had good service there before but wasn’t in the area at the time of the engine replacement. We just needed if fixed & back on the road. Not only did they fix it fast — they transferred the warranty & fixed it at no charge!
This is by far the best service we’ve ever had at a dealership & we will be coming back for all service & replacement needs.

I’ll try to write a subjective review here, after all, this is for the consumer and if the business truly wishes to improve, then they will listen as well.
I have been researching my truck for about a year until I settled on the Ford. I started working with this dealer over the course of several more months, fine tuning my options, until I was ready. I told my salesman that i would commit to working with him and I am a man of my word. I still looked at others dealers but never committed bc I agreed with this guy. I don’t think he believed me bc he called every week but that’s his job. Here’s where the games start
I was still about two months from being ready to purchase when I received an email on a truck that was exactly what I wanted at a really good price and these guys had it. So, I called up the salesman and told him I was interested and as a plus I was going to also purchase a new vehicle for my wife. He was pretty excited. Catch was, I told him I wasn’t ready and told him where I needed to be. He assured me that they could make everything work out how I wanted and I didn’t need to wait anymore. I called THREE times asking him to double check because I’m going to be extremely upset if it doesn’t work out when I get there. From here I’ll paraphrase because it’s very similar to another review. They played games with my credit (I knew exactly what it was and they brought me figures even lower), they low balled us on trade in, a lot of waiting, dragging, promising things were getting worked on. I waited days for them to get it together. I allowed them every chance to figure it out. After 4 days of them pretty much blowing hot air and giving me lip service, I went a bought 2 new vehicles from another dealership and it took them only a day to work out the details and I got everything i was asking for and even some extras. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I won’t even trust them to work on my car. They portray arrogance and think that I NEED them. They lost the sales because of this attitude. They also didn’t know that a friend of mine who went with me one day to see all this for himself was also interested in a car and they lost that sale to. You are forewarned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Came here to get my seats cleaned and zacteck. Had an appointment with chad k. When I first arrived a very friendly lady came up to me and told me she was going to examine my car. She noticed two chips in my front window. She told me my insurance would pay for it and there would be no cost on my end. I waited about 15 minutes to talk to chad and when I did finally meet with him he was short and abrupt. He told me it would take 3 – 4 hours and I said ok is there way for me to get home? He said yes but when he realized it was more than 10 miles, he said they had a 10 miles radius and couldn’t take me. I called my hubby and he came to pick me up from work.
They called back within the time frame and Chad said you are good to go your car is on express. After wandering around for a few minutes I went back in and asked where is it? In my opinion he should have went out and showed me where my car was and explained what was done.
The car itself was done beautifully! I was very impressed just not with Chad.

Grapevine Ford is the best! I have been going there for years for service on my Ford Explorer, and I’ve always had an awesome experience. The service team is great and the sales people have always been super friendly while I waited for work to be done on my vehicle. I had the good fortune of speaking with Sarah — their customer service guru — and what a great gal! She is the friendliest warmest person, and she really seems to love what she does! She also knows everything there is to know about Fords so if you have questions she will give you a straight up answer! I can’t say enough good things.

This is the slowest, most unorganized service department ever. What is the point of making a service appointment if you aren’t ready for me?

I took our MKc for several service items and honestly thought I would not get it back for 2 days. Instead it was done mid afternoon and done right! Got it back as if I just purchased it! Thanks Grapevine Lincoln! Keep up the good work!

I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. There must be a lot of dumb people in this world that keep them in business. I went in wanting to get the price of three vehicles to compare plus the value of my current trade in. Told me I had to sign a credit app to even get prices on a vehicle. They would never give me a price, just kept asking me what I wanted my monthly payments to be. I kept telling them I didn’t need them to calculate payments. Give me the price of the vehicle and I’ll calculate my down payment and payments, etc. My sales guy was great but his manager Brett was a complete jerk. He was offensive and belittling. All I wanted was to see how much three truck models cost so I could compare them but in two hours of being at the dealership I barely even got the price of one truck. I will NEVER spend a dime in this dealership.
UPDATE — They are CONTINUALLY calling my cell phone even though I was very clear the day I was there and every day after that I was not doing business with them. Different sales managers keep calling my phone and leaving messages after I keep telling them to leave me alone.

Sales team will string you along with false promises and repeated offers that do not align with what you were asking for.
Kept my keys hostage for over an hour so they would make an offer on my trade in, only to ultimately refuse to give an actual figure on my trade in while hounding me to finance through the dealership.
Would like to recommend a dealership that I had a much better experience, but don’t want to take away the credibility of this review.
Ultimately wasted my time. Best line:
«Why would I give you a price on a car if you’re just going to run to another dealership? How does that benefit me?»
Hey genius, it doesn’t. It benefits me, the customer, to not get fleeced by your first offer.

Go Somewhere Else
I was looking for a car for my mom and already had financing established with my Credit union. The Sales guy showed me a nice vehicle which I decided to purchase. Haggled over price, came to an agreeement, and asked them to send over the buyers guide to my bank to complete the sale (1:00pm). They kept me waiting 30 – 45 min before I finally got up and tried to walk out. Some manger comes up to me and asked why I was leaving, I informed him because I have stuff to do and asked him to send the buyers guide over to my bank ASAP because I needed the deal done today. He wouldn’t let me leave and wanted me to finance through them. I said no thank you, and thats when another manger came out to talk to me. Again I said no thank you and asked them to send over the guide. I called my bank around 2:00 and they had not received anything. after a few more back and forth conversations, all my banker received was a paper of the price agreement with no description of the vehicle or vin number. Called my sales guy and asked him to send me the buyers guide asap, because I needed the deal done today. He sent me over a picture of a paper (not a buyers guide) which I could hardly read and asked him to send me a scanned copy of the buyers guide so that I could send it to my bank. 4:00pm. He said that his boss was going to send it over. NO DEAL DONE TODAY. The following morning I waited for a call from bank giving me the green light to go sign my papers with them and pick up my car… NOTHING. I called them around 12:00 and they said that did not recieve anything. Called my sales guy again, a little ticked off by now, and said that I need him to send me over the buyers gude ASAP because I need this deal done before 1:00pm, as my banker was leaving early. Nothing received. 1:05, I called my sales guy REALLY upset now and said that they have dropped the ball twice now. The sales guy said that he will send it but that I need to sign a credit app with Grapevine Ford in order to take delivery of the vehicle. I said that I already have financing lined up and that I don’t need to sign. He said it had something to do with fraudulent activity and that everyone has to fill it out. He also said that my credit would not be affected. I informed him that I understand but that I was not going to sign a credit app, I would however sign a document allowing them to check and make sure I was not a terrorist. They sent me over a CREDIT APP and asked me to sign it. I said that I was not and that they had to figure out a way to check my background with out me signing a credit app. The manager called me and pretty much didn’t let me talk and said good luck finding a car… he hung up before I could say anything. STAY AWAY and go somewhere else. I found a much better deal at another dealership who actually treated me with respect.

BUYER BEWARE! The finance department is terrible. Our salesman Angel was great and I am happy with the truck that was purchased but when it came to financing. that’s another story.
Jason was there to «help» us with financing and to say the least it was the worst experience of my life. The truck is great but I would NOT finance any vehicle with this dealership if my life depended on it!!!
