Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst Enterprise ever… in fact, we’ve stopped renting from Enterprise as a whole, just from the past 2 experiences from this particular location. I wish I could rate zero stars.
1^st time I rented here after I was rear ended. The vehicle was discusting-​extremely dirty interior, including a huge red punch stain on back seat and animal hair in vents. I couldn’t believe they were giving me such a dirty rental but the selection was poor and this was the best I guess.
2^nd time my husband rented from here after getting into an accident (worst drivers in TX seriously). They ended up crashing the vehicle which he was supposed to rent. After an extremely long wait, they finally brought another vehicle. Because he hadn’t rented a vehicle in a long time, didn’t make sure they did a walk-​around inspection. When he returned the vehicle, Enterprise attempted to charge him for damage to the spoiler, which he never caused. Long story short, it took months of appealing claims and demanding that their corporate office investigate prior claims within last 12 months for that vehicle. Headache paid off though, as they found the prior damage in the history which proved he didn’t cause it so the claim was dropped.
Do not let these rental businesses punk you and make you pay for damage you did not cause. Our persistence paid off, however, we will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.

Extremely disappointed in this operation. After having used Enterprise for many years this location has left a very bad taste in my mouth. My daughter while stranded in Dallas used this rental agency after a accident. After the agent had been told as a preferred vendor of All — State insurance that we did not need the additional insurance coverage the bait and switched and up sold my daughter anyway telling her the insurance we had was not adequate.
We filed a complaint with State Farm and from what we understand they are now under review and a complaint is being filed against them from State Farm .

ALWAYS take pictures when you pick it up and when you take it back. They seem to have an ongoing scam here and many of their other places in the metroplex.
Rented a car while my truck was being worked on, parked it in the garage at home and at work. Returned it on a bright sunny day, car was perfect, didn’t think to take pictures. Got a letter a few weeks later saying the car had hail damage and they were filing a claim.
Called my insurance company provided the HD video from my garage at work of me leaving work with a perfect car heading to drop it off on a bright sunny day and informed my insurance company not to pay, and waited for Enterprise to commit Insurance Fraud. Insurance company said this was VERY common from this company, they do this any time they have a storm to help offset all the damage from cars sitting out in their lots.
Got a letter 2 months later saying they changed their mind and were not pursuing the claim at this time.
