Custom customer service. Fine, and hard to find quality products. Its like finding a jewel, but you can only take a little with you each visit. Love the location, love the service, and love the store. I Look forward to returning, and seeing something new.

Their slogan is «Elegant designs to grace your table» and that says it pretty well. They range from wine accessories that fir well in the Grapevine area motif to coffee accessories and table and kitchen ware.
They have higher quality stuff. I got a pan from them that was a little more expensive than you would find it at Target or some place like that, but from the first time I picked it up and felt how sturdy it was and it reminded me or when we lived in a society that made things to last and everything wasn’t disposable. We cooked with it and it cooked evenly all around, I remembered why I spent a few extra dollars and got a real pan. I will have it until I am 100 instead of having to go back to another store and get a replacement in a few years.
They have a decent website and will also order anything you want that they might not have.
