Great customer service when buying something but it’s the opposite if having to return what or part of what you bought. Promised a callback with amount to be credited, nada! I had to call them and when I mentioned the lack of callback they said, oh sorry. You also pay a Premium price for that customer service, so be prepared to shell out the $$. I could have gone on or Amazon and saved 25−30% for the same thing.
