The grapevine mills mall has always been my favorite place to shop. It has the most extensive selection of stores and I always get lucky enough to get a great deal. However, today was the first time I shopped at Coach at this location and I must say it was an absolute pleasure. I was greeted by a friendly smile as soon as I walked in and they were having the best sale I have seen at Coach in a long time. If you guys have not been here and love Coach you guys should check it out.

This store is like is amazing. Must I say I forgot how cool the Coach Line is! This store rocks because they having everything at amazing prices. You must stop in to pick up something for yourself or a gift for someone else. Staff is friendly and greets you at the door!

One of my most horrible shopping transactions to date. Was told Coach had a lifetime warranty. I took a purse back to be repaired after having for 1 – 2 years and paid $ 20 to have it shipped to be repaired. Store called to tell me that it was irreparable and would give me a 40% coupon towards future purchase. Purse actually only has a 1 yr guarantee. Really? Why would I spend more money to buy a poor quality product from them??? When I called this store that I purchased it from, the manager refused to talk to me and just told the store associate to tell me to call customer service. I will not shop here again!

Coach factory has made it exclusivity by attracting the more streamlined customers. Although most products here are designed specifically for these outlet locations they are still of high quality. I am glad high end designers are realizing if they do not make a more affordable option we resort to dealing with a crime ring from China town in a back alley buying a knock off coach full of bed bugs!
Black Friday will most likely be an awesome sale! They frequently pass out paper coupons for an additional percentage off already reduced prices. The few times I have shopped at this location have been pleasant.
