If you are planning on returning something — and don’t have a receipt.
They will only give you .49 cents for whatever the item is.
DOESN’T MATTER IF YOU’VE NEVER OPENED IT OR IT STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL TAG WITH THE PRICE ON IT.
Don’t even bother returning anything without a receipt.
You’re better off selling it on CL or at a garage sale.
I wish they would’ve told me before I drove all the way over here to return the items I had purchased. I had called ahead of time and asked if they would accept items that I had purchased a few years ago. They said it would be fine, it might not be the original price, but they never said that they would only give me .49 cents.
SO BEWARE.
No Receipt, don’t waste your gas and/​or time.

This Ross is just like any old Ross store. You walk in, are greeted by a member of loss prevention, and then you’re off to explore the racks with the hopes of finding something decent to wear.
I have visited this particular Ross several times over the years because it is close to my house and their selection is fairly decent. They sell clothes, shoes, housewares, workout gear, purses, hair care products, and so much more. Most recently I purchased a couple of clothing items and a really cute Steve Madden purse that was a really good deal. Lines are long, kids are loud, and some customers are ratchet but it’s Ross. What else would you expect?

All I can say is wow!!! Had a complete opposite experience than the person of the previous review. I tend not to go to places like this because of being warned about the horrible experiences people usually have. All though the prices might be good make sure you inspect what ever you buy with a hawks eye! Bought a set of towels for our guest bathroom got home and realized the one bath towel was torn, since it was a set I quickly phoned them back asking if they would be so kind to check and see if they have any of these specific towels left and if so if they can hold it for me till the next day to exchange it for the torn one. The girl on the phone couldn’t speak english properly, she constantly just said we don’t do that. I asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold, after a minute or so she answers again like she is speaking to a brand new customer??? So I remind her that I’m still waiting to speak to the manager, her reply was «Oh, she busy… Luckily they were able to help me at the Ross just off 30 in Arlington. I told them about this and the Lady said she wasn’t surprised, they get a lot of customers complaining about this store and the staff. If you absolutely have to go to a Ross go to the one in Arlington just off 30.

I like Ross and as with any other chain store, each location is different. I have been here twice to shop, most recently looking for a cute pink purse. The selection wasn’t huge, but the prices decent and I saw a few designer brands as well. The lines today weren’t too bad either for a holiday. Staff is helpful and friendly as well, with multiple cash registers open.
