I honestly love Michael Kors purses and today they had several purses on sale as low as $ 129 for some of their more popular purses in the last year and a half. Highly suggest that you take a look if you been looking for a Michael Kors purse at a reasonable price. The service is always been excellent when I come here the girls are very attentive and willing to help you immediately.

I bought my sister a Michael Kors tote a little while back that she still adores and uses everyday. The sales associates let me peruse and browse items in the store without bothering me, but still were reachable and ready for me when I did have questions. They were kind and offered up suggestions without pressuring/​hurrying me to make a purchase, and the good experience made me want to buy!

Wow. What great customer service. I was trying to find a bag I had seen and had no clue what the name was or whether or not I could even get it. I spoke with a customer service representative (Elaine?) at this location on a Sunday, and she was so helpful. She gave me her personal cell number so that I could send her a picture of the bag. She then shipped it ground for free because I live so far away from Grand Prarie. I did not expect the bag for a week, and it is scheduled to arrive today ONE day after being shipped.

I thought they had a good assortment of purses, wallets, wristlets anything accessory wise that you are searching for, and at a deal compared to the department stores.
I didn’t purchase anything here on my visit, but I was online stalking a MK wallet from Nordstrom’s that I ended up choosing because It had like 14 slots for my all my cards to fit, and with me being in and out of my wallet like 24⁄7 it was necessary for me to choose that one.
But I did see a couple smaller wallets that were a better price than online.
Also, I remember the associate that helped me and she was friendly, and trying to find something I liked, even if i didn’t need it. LOL

My dear friend from China wanted to bring MK bags home for her friends. The staff were very helpful showing her the different options and making sure things were packed well so she could travel with them. After getting her taxes refunded, which you can do at food court for a high price if you are duty free recipient, she even came back to get a couple for herself. My friend was extremely happy with her purchases. They only down side is they couldn’t answer her questions about the manufacturing process. Overall, great prices and helpful staff at the outlet if you are into MK.

Quite during the day but full staff on hand. Only two employees helping customers and everyone else was watching the employees work. It took a while for the other associates to acknowledged me. Not what I would consider good customer service.
