I decided to try this salon today, for a manicure. The service was great and the shop was clean. However, the polish used was very clumpy. The girl smoothed it out but my nails are already chipped. I probably won’t go back. It was inexpensive. You get what you pay for though.

Went before a friend’s wedding so I just picked it off other Unilocal reviews and was really impressed. Very clean and the ladies were friendly. I saw them clean the tools before and after using them and they do a base coat which I don’t see a lot. I didn’t have to wait for just a walk in and I thought the price was reasonable. Overall a great choice for the area.

I have been to this location on 4 different occasions. Mainly because of the convenient location and every time i go theres no wait. All 4 times that i have gone my nails seem to chip about a week after my fill. The customer service is great very clean however the materials they use is not great.

Very nice pedicure! Not too fancy but got the job more than done with an incredible massage! Thorough. Ladies here are not very chatty although very courteous. Clean! Saw how they handled the tools while and after my pedicure– acceptable. Would recommend for a nice treat. I’ll be back and often at this price.

I don’t usually get my nails done, but I was getting yogurt next door and decided to treat myself out even more. Why not: P I walked in and received a bunch of hellos from the ladies. There were two other clients who looked like regulars enjoying their pedicures. I was helped right away. The place was kept pretty clean. I went for a simple solid color on my nails, but I went bold with bright orange with encouragement from the lady helping me. I never would’ve chose it on my own, but I said hey, why not. After she was done, I loved it! I actually got a lot of compliments. My cousins even told me to do their nails for them, but I had to admit that I didn’t do it myself but had them done at Nail Concepts. lol
I also got my eyebrows waxed. She took me to a private room and used all new craft sticks and fabric, so I didn’t have to worry about hygiene. These ladies took care of me very well. I had a pleasant experience and great service.

My first Unilocal review EVER (so it lets you know how strongly I feel). I have frequented this establishment for approximately 5 years. I’ll go ahead and say the quality is slightly above average, however, the establishment is clean and the staff is courteous. The problem I have with this establishment is the Owner. Only twice in the last 5 years have I had anything done that was not to my satisfaction. When I voiced that the Owner, she was not accommodating AT ALL! Instead she was rude, played the «I don’t speak English card» and finally when that didn’t work she ignored me! Mind you I have been a patron here for 5 years without incidence until the last 6 months. I have NEVER been treated in such a manner. She was unprofessional TWICE and this establishment will not be getting any more of my money. It is sad because I actually liked some of the staff and had grown to know them. The Owner needs a class in conflict management.

Brought extended family members here 2weeks after 1^st review…:/ i am happy with the pedicure 100%, but, manicure is subpar sadly
