This is a nice clean establishment with a sincere passion for customer service. I was greeted as I walked through the door. My large slice and drink was like $ 5 bucks. I decided on sausage, pepperoni and jalapeño. Great crust and it wasn’t too greasy. It’s return :)

Staff is very rude and food is gross. It made me sick and that was just the pizza. How can you mess up a pizza…

Worst pizza ever. The cheese wasn’t fully melted, yet the ends of the slice were burnt. The pepperoni was hard and the sausage was flavorless. And my girlfriend and I both got stomach issues after eating this. Never again will we be back

This is a diamond in the rough! I ordered the lunch special and received a slice as big as my tray! It’s fresh and hot. Absolutely delicious

We just recently found this quiet little pizza shop in Grand Prairie. I’ve had the calzones, pizza and salad and have never been disappointed. We no longer order in from major pizza chains. This place has it covered. They cater but for parties I recommend the godfather, a 30″ pizza starting at $ 24.00.

We have waited 45 minutes for 2 single slices of pizza. Their response to the wait? We ran out of pizza. Really?! It’s a pizzaria.

I have been a patron of this restaurant since my college days since it is so close to DBU and they always have specials throughout the week and FREE Wi-Fi!!! The food always come out hot and fresh, I have never had an experience with bad service. The pizza sizes are great for sharing with groups! I would say if you want to treat yourself go for the cannoli and the stromboli(comes with 3 toppings)…yeah live a little!

Meh! Only the size of pizza was amazing. OK so I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza slice as a couple of reviews suggested, what I got was pre-heated stale cheese pizza topped with stale chicken, fresh onions and heaps of hot sauce. I could do that myself with some frozen pizza, leftover chicken and Tabasco sauce. The size is spectacular to look at, take pictures with but is impossible to hold. Used knife and fork to eat. Couldn’t cut or fork it properly coz the crust was crispy. Oh! And the price for 1 «specialty» slice was $ 5.68. I was expecting to pay $ 3.50 as advertised. Only plus was the crust.

We have given them multiple chances and this was the final straw tonight — I Called and ordered lasagna for pickup, of which my husband went to pick up only to be told they ran out! They supposedly tried to call me but we never got a call.

This is in my neighborhood and I have ordered this pizza on many occasions. The pizza isn’t that bad. I decided a while ago to stop eating in because this place is dirty, dark, gloomy, and does not smell appetizing. I can’t even begin to describe the desserts being displayed inside of a dirty drink cooler! Unfortunately today may be my last time ordering here. I actually looked inside the kitchen! Filthy!

Totino’s Pizza has NEVER failed me! Called for take-out, didn’t answer the first time(should have been the first sign). Called again, some girl picked up and took the order. Was quoted 20 – 22 minutes… wow cool, precise timing. Got there and there was one table of diners, stood around for a few minutes looking for some help only to have the girl in the back look at me and continue chatting with her fellow coworkers. While checking out, we decided to add just ONE slice of pizza to the order… asked how long it would take and she said 5 minutes. Ok, cool, we can wait for 5 minutes. Ended up waiting at the empty restaurant for an additional 30 minutes, all while watching the whole staff chatting and playing on their phones in the back. When the food was ready, they brought it out and did not even apologize or thank us for our business… very uncomfortable feeling. Perhaps we were the ones that should have apologized for coming in, giving them our money, and disrupting their chatty time. I even tipped! Shame on me! At this point, I contemplated just throwing away the food and calling Domino’s. We return home and discover a takeout box with 5SLIVERS of carrots. What’s the point even giving us carrots? Salad had soggy croutons and browned lettuce. Way to run a business. I try to support local businesses as much as possible, but when you have no regard for your customers, then what’s the point of staying in business? Try to have some passion or basic business sense for your business, perhaps more people would come and support you. Made this mistake once and never will I return to this pizza joint. [Note: The other reviews on this establishment are spot on in regards to it’s bad service]

Had their spaghetti and meatballs the other night. It was superb. The meatballs were super tender. Still four stars. Keep up the good work!

First time here. A bit disappointed. Opened 30 min late. Cashier was a bit out of it. Told me about lunch specials but could have saved money if she told me about the weekly specials on the other side of the wall. Buying a pizza slice and drink during lunch is 6.44 tax included. buying the same thing after 5pm is 3 dollars cheaper. Had I’d known would have ordered Stromboli. Asked to change my order a minute after, but she said it was too late and it’ll give me incentive to come back again. On top of that she didnt have change for my $ 10 i gave her, and shortchanged me $ 1. Service aside, onto the pizza. The pizza is really big– they put it in a big pizza box. They have a slight char on the bottom from the brick oven which is nice but to be honest, the quality of the ingredients doesn’t stick out especially. The crust was a little mooshy in side, couple more mins in the oven would do it good. They were real stingy with the tomato sauce, should have asked for extra sauce. Wasn’t anywhere near full after. Ive had frozen pizzas that are better than this slice. I’ve heard their calzones and strombolis are good, so I’ll give this spot another chance later.

I’ve been to Pizzaiolos one time before my visit this time. The pizza here is very close to New York style pizza. It is all thin crust, which is very well baked. The pizza has more than enough cheese on it, and they are not frugal with the toppings. Last time I ordered the Calzone with canadian bacon, sausage, and pepperoini. Like all calzones, there is a lot of bread on the edges. The sauce to dip it in is well seasoned and even has a little kick to it. The ranch i ordered(that was an extra $.54 for a tiny(tiny) cup) seemed like it was homemade. Overall I enjoy coming to Pizzaiolos rather than a large pizza chain.

This is my second time coming in, both times I have eaten in. The first time, had a groupon for the monster 36″ pizza and it was great. Everything from the bread, sauce, cheese and pepperoni were quality ingredients you could really taste. There was 3 of us and we all just had one piece but it was good heated up the next day. Second time, I got a meat lovers calzone with sausage, beef and bacon. It took about 20⁄25 minutes to get the food upon ordering which for a freshly made calzone I thought was reasonable; watched the little tv on the wall and also got to look inside the kitchen from where we were sitting to pass the time. They were out of Italian sausage but the regular sausage worked fine and tasted great with the ricotta/mozzarella mix to accompany the meats. The bacon was large strips of real bacon, no crumbles or anything like that. It was a little fatty but when it’s real strips you can’t help it; I just cut those chunks off and pushed them to the side. Just like the pizza you can taste the simple ingredients and having the sauce on the side you can put as much or as little as you want but my little cup ran out when I was half way through my calzone. They will charge you $ 0.50 for extra and if you want any other dressing like ranch for dipping. I am from Chicago but being transplanted down here, I am very happy to have found a pizza joint where I know I can get some great pie or calzones or really anything Italian for that matter. The chef/owner greeted us at our table asking about our experience which was very pleasant as well. Will be back :)

My wife and I tried this place for the first time yesterday. The pizza was really good and the prices were pretty good as well. We didn’t have any of the trouble with the customer service that several reviewers seem to have had, but the gentleman behind the register wasn’t necessarily a great communicator either. So, I wouldn’t discount any of those stories. We will be back. We live nearby, and it’s really nice to have a little place like this so close to us. Next up for me is the Stromboli.

Decent food but man the service here was horrible! Just placing the order at the counter seemed to be very difficult, not a single person working(and there were 5 from what I saw) knew how to work the register or what anything cost, let alone the items on the menu. Once we finally ordered we took a seat and after every single person that ordered after us received there food I went up to see what the hold up was on our order. Turns out that no one remembered the order or who it was for, so it was just sitting in the back for who knows how long. The pizza was about room temp but the wings seemed to be hot. The girls working the counter didn’t seem to care at all and that is probably why there is a «Now Hiring» sign in the front window. Pizzaiolo’s ownership please train your employees on the menu and hire someone with decent customer service skills to work the front. The employees you currently have are driving customers away.

It’s amazing how every time I go into this place, people can’t seem to do simple math. I guess I haven’t yet learned my lesson despite numerous previous negative experiences of which I’ve reviewed in detail below. But the kids were yelling«Pizza, Pizza» and Pizzaoilo was the only half decent place around besides your typical chain places like Pizza Hut, Dominos and Uncle Johns(puke). And besides, sometimes I actually like to give someone the benefit of the doubt — like the owner who messages me time after time again claiming they’ve changed their policies or improved the menu. And I am stupid enough to believe them. LOL. So apparently now they don’t offer $ 1.00 slices every day. I initially assumed it was because they finally realized that in order to do that, they need to lower the prices of their pies. But I was wrong. again. So now, despite them only offering it on one night, after 5PM, they still can’t seem to do the math… I went in there and ordered a pie on Tuesday night after 5PM. The girl tried to charge me $ 11.00 for it and I was like, what about the $ 1.00 slice deal? So she says oh, that’s not for pies. Here we go again … So I started by asking her how many slices are in a pie, to which she responds. 8. So I said, OK, give me 8 slices for $ 1.00 each. … Then she tried to tell me that there was a limit to how many slices you can buy at $ 1.00. So I asked, how many is the limit? Not knowing what she was talking about in the first place, she turns to the guy standing next to her and asks him… he thinks about it for a minute and says, the customer is right… there is no limit. He get’s the pie for $ 8.00. Hallelujah? Not quite. Now she points to a sign behind the counter that says you have to order a drink in order to get the $ 1.00 slices. [Facepalm] Their Facebook page invites everyone over on Tuesday night for $ 1.00 slices. And so does the sign standing right at the door. But neither of those say there are«terms and conditions». Ultimately, I got the pie for $ 8.00. but I had to buy a $ 3.00 drink to get it. Once again, foiled by the bait & switch math experts at Pizzaoilo. Next time I’m going to start throwing simple equations at them like ½ and ¼. That should throw them for a loop! EDIT: To top things off, I received an insulting and disrespectful message from the owner!!! FACEPALM!!!
