I had a terrible time with a warranty company when I purchased my new home. The staff at Beacon came alongside us and not only guided us in what to ask for, but they supported us as we went through a very stressful time with a different company! Ultimately we «cashed out» of the warranty company after a month of waiting for service. Beacon was there the next day. They have quality products, a quick response time, offer warranties (not to be taken for granted from other companies) and are genuinely nice, helpful people who do quality work at reasonable prices.

I could not be happier with Beacon Mechanical. When I called for an estimate they were available immediately. They even fixed a problem with my existing boiler at no charge. They had a quote, including one for asbestos removal which I needed, within 24 hours. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. Their prices were fair and better than the other quote I got, and I received a discount for having multiple things done. My asbestos was removed, old boiler removed and new boiler installed, a new oil tank and new radiator vents all within a week of my quote. They lent me high quality electric space heaters while my house was without heat (one night). Everyone I spoke to was professional and explained everything thoroughly and respectfully. Highly recommend!

Jason came out to our house to give us a quote to switch from oil to natural gas and AC. Several emails, phone calls, and over a month later he still did not get a quote to us. When he finally did, he emailed us some fliers about their furnace/​AC system. We asked again about the duct work we need and he said he would need his duct guy to come out to evaluate the house. I don’t know how they have any business given this level of customer service. We’ve moved on to a company that could evaluate our house and give us a quote in a timely manner.

Wonderful service. Prompt too… Technicians take the time to explain issues in a manner that you completely understand.

Would give ½ star if I could. Call with no heat and the guy on call could care less. Yawned in my face and showed zero interest. I told him «never mind» and found a real HVAC person not affiliated with oil co. Great result with the other person. Been with Beacon for years but its time to leave them.
