This is the first time I come to this chuck e cheese and I sort of liked it. I’m here during the week which helps since it’s not so packed. I really liked the pizza. I was annoyed because the football machine ran out of tickets and I had won! We told the staff but they never helped! Either way it was a good experience and I will be visiting again unless they change stuff around!

So my best friend invited me and my daughter for the lunch buffet on Friday and honestly the salad bar is lame u have a small ass section for salad and they only have about 3 pizzas out! So while eating we seen the couple behind us talking to management and come to find out she found a ladybug in her salad! As we are eating my best friend found a wing of a lady bug. We both got so disgusted we stopped eating. Saturday morning I wake up and I have bad stomach pains and have the runs I’ve had stomach pain and stomach pains all day! Never again will I go to that chuckecheese or any I was so disgusted from that place. If u go make sure u check ur salad for bugs smh.

Ericka gm is horrible at her job. And Alfredo the Manager is very inexperienced. I think with life as well

Very disappointing in the staff, they are inattentive and discourteous. The environment feels uncomfortable. Management needs to make sure their employees are pleasant and friendly and that they care about the customers.

A brawl just broke out today at this location. Staff was punch and three Hispanic adults stomping on an older couple. Stay away from this location! It sad that this kind of behavior spills over to GH from the surrounding areas. I was front and center watching this unfold unfortunately when alcohol, no sense can be made of these PPL. Children crying who witnessed this, it was sad.

Not allowed to bring in plain water for my kids to drink when it was 102 degrees outside. This is a place for kids. They expect kids to run around & then pay high costs for sugary drinks. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! Should be called Rat Traps. Jasmin was Managing at time we went in & she was very RUDE. Check-In Stamp girl asked if she can look in my bag. No, you can’t.

They charge $ 2 for a soft drink. Ordered the buffet. Sat for about 10 minutes and waited for them to replenish their pizza.

Very poor customer service. Waited in line to order another pizza for almost 35 minutes. Decided to order a beer, was told they stopped serving beer 20 minutes prior. They had one person taking orders. This is the absolute worst customer service. Then the pizza comes and it’s cold. It keeps adding up. Stay away from this place.

Feels like an average Chuck-E-Cheese. Not that I have experienced any better but running a business with kids running around cant be that easy. In any case, we cant to celebrate my God Daughters birthday and it was pretty easy getting a table. They also were able to have Chucky come out and sing Happy Birthday to her even though we did not get their«package deals». Games and rides for kids seemed pretty clean and maintained which is good. Staff are helpful as much as they can be. Personally I would come to this location again. It is in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking for everyone. Very near the freeway and easy to get too. Food here was ok, pizza wasn’t terrible and only challenge was that it did take a little while to get it but I want to believe it was because they make it fresh to order. Salad bar was pretty good too. I see other reviews about people saying the food is terrible and they’ve had way better pizza, well I’m sure they have but not at the prices they paid for it.

Just your average Chuck E. Cheese location. Nothing special here. It’s been years since my last visit to Chuck E. Cheese. My first time to this Granada Hills location. Crowded but not as crowded as the one in Sun Valley. Tables were messy and seemed like it took forever to clean them up. I had to clean the table myself. They only had one buss boy who was doing the cleaning, and one person managing the Maintenance for the games and it was the same buss boy who was managing both the cleaning and Maintenance. No complaints on the food from us. Pizza was on point. They have a policy about limiting their beer drinks, 2 per person with an hour in between each one. Victoria was the one taking our food and drink orders. Very helpful and real nice person. My friend surprised me and bought me a cake for my Birthday which was this past weekend. Victoria was the one who brought the cake over and brought Chuck E. with her to sing the Birthday song which was embarrassing and hilarious at the same time. My experience was average. Nothing to crazy. Just expect a crowd of people and messy tables.

Place is very similar to West Hills & Reseda locations. Bathroom here is much cleaner than the one in West Hills.

This chuck e cheese place is the worst of all. The place is filthy. They have the worst customer service EVER!!! When you ask them to fix the games they take their sweet time to go and fix them. They should have someone attend the game room properly. I’ve been to other chuck e cheese and they are clean and well organized.

WOW surprised at the rating of this place. This location is a hidden gem. But fair warning, there are not as many games as other locations. Customer service was attentive and friendly. Recommend if you have smaller children due to the size. Definitely coming back

So this location 3 out of the first 5 games didn’t work … 2nd my son fell and hit his forehead on some high chairs that were not where they should have been. I suggested for the workers to move them to avoid future injury. Not once did any worker ask if he was ok. They didn’t get and management involved. As I went to handle the situation on my own the manager still had the audacity to have me wait. There’s way more to the way they handled the situation in general but very very unprofessional. All of the staff at the mission hills location needs training sessions on how to handle an injury and on better customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for a very long time now and CORPORATE definitely needs to get a new general manager. His skills are not up to par and this location definitely needs improvement.

Terrible! Where do I start? This place is a mess. Somebody vomited in between the soda fountain and salad bar and the establishment just swept it up, they didn’t even seem to try to sanitize the area. Vomit is still on the wall and the whole area smells just like it. SMH! The tables and benches were disgusting and filthy. We had to clean them our selves with hand sanitizer wipes. The Parmesan, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper shakers look like they were found in a dumpster out back. When I asked the person that brought our pizza if they could clean up he was going to replace them from another table that were equally as dirty. He then seen the disgusted look on my face and to the cheese and ref pepper shakers and cleaned them off. Coming here is like playing Russian Roulette to see if you can walk out without catching some type of disease. Duces, Chuck E. Cheese I would rather buy a Digiorno and stay away from this dumpster establishment.

This branch is just ok not a bad size the games are good all are working good; the customer service is very good the pizzas are fine they also offer gluten free pizzas and cupcakes which is just perfect for my kids ! I don’t reccomend eating salad there cuz the salad bar is not that clean and the vegetables are not fresh; I would like to see the place more cleaner especially the restrooms hopefully they will improve that soon !

I don’t know who handles your Unilocal account or who’s responsible for the information im Unilocal but I just have one request… PLEASEUPDATEYOURINFOPARTICULARLYYOURBUSINESSHOURS. We usuallu go to Vanowen, North Hills branch but since we know that they close at 9pm on a sunday, we teied to search for Chuck E Cheese that’s open until after 9pm. We saw at Unilocal thay this branch in Woodley, Granada Hills is open until 10pm, we went there excited and all… we arrived at 9:05 still with the hope that my 3y/o son could play and have fun. My heart sank when I saw the look on his face when the lady told us that they’re already closed. He cried, of course, he was heartbroken.

As much as I hate Chuck E Cheese my kid loves it and as a kid I loved it! So I totally get it. Honestly, the pizza isn’t bad and most games are only one token and my kid has a blast. It’s like kiddie Vegas. Another big bonus is Chuck E. comes out every 30 minutes and I recall when I was a kid it was so rare if I saw him. Another big bonus is he gives free tickets and interacts with the kids. The biggest bonus of all– they sell booze!

I can’t believe I’m even giving this place 3 stars. I love Chuck E Cheese so I’m being a little generous, Chuck E Cheese and I go way back. But as far as this location, oh my gosh don’t even bother coming in on a Friday night or Saturday night, it’s super packed, no room to walk, kids all over the place while their parents are no where to be in site. Kids are just sitting on the rides just to sit on them and have no tokens, you don’t want to be mean and say hey get off so you just put your kid on there and give the other kid a free ride. Shaking my head!!! Oh and don’t even get me started on the staff, we took our son there just because and we went to say hi to Chuck E Cheese the girl yelled at me and said Oh you can’t be here this is a private party. As if? We are just saying Hi were not asking to take pictures or be hug him just a simple high five. Oh and I scored 69 points on the basketball hoop game and I only got 6 tickets. Pshhhhh you kidding me? Whatever!!! Blah I definitely won’t be coming back to this one.
