Horrible service! These employees are lazy and are not friendly. I ordered an ice cream(chocolate dipped) there is always some issue with their machine but they NEVER bother to say something while I’m ordering, they proceed to the order, make me wait 5 minutes of my sitting in my car at their window then tell me their machine isn’t making the ice cream correctly. I don’t mean to complain about something so small but if it’s not gonna come out right say something when I order the first time!!! Don’t make me order, wait and then tell me your machine isn’t cooperating. You should know that prior to customers ordering

Went here to get a g__d__ice cream cone and the humans that were working there decided on this night that they wanted to shut it down early so closing that night was easier. Thanks for ruining my night.

The food is uhm… wait is it fair to expect great food from a fast food restaurant… well if it’s fair. it taste less than great… if it isn’t fair. then the food is is as expected .I’d rather make chilli dogs at home

Don’t go to to this particular one although the people are friendly I wouldn’t sacrifice cleanliness for friendliness. The girl charging people was not only exchanging money she was also cooking without washing her hands, I think employees should be more conscience about being clean

As far as Wienerschnitzel goes, you know what you’re getting from the very start. I am Unilocaling this one because of the exceptionally fantastic service my hubby and I got from a girl named Kelly the other day. She was cheerful and helpful, and made sure we got the right amount of ketchup packets for our fries(instead of just throwing a few in the bag, she asked how many we needed). Her personality made our experience memorable. Yeah, a memorable visit to a Wienerschnitzel drive-thru. I am seriously saying this! We asked her name and told her she was doing an amazing job, and she seemed flattered and said she just enjoys her work. I don’t know how she does it, but if only ALL customer service people had her disposition! They USED to, didn’t they? Back in the day? What happened? I hope Kelly is working there every time we go. She made us smile!
