Pompano salad is the bomb! The food should be in five star restaurant… without the high price. Lasagna is awesome. Good Italian eating.

I fell in love with this place years ago. Today was the perfect reminder that I need to visit more often. I ordered the pino chicken sandwich with an upgrade to a wonton chicken salad washed it down with a passion-berry tea and it hit the spot! Everything and I mean everything is fresh and worth the wait. Trust me on this place, it never disappoints and is worth every penny

I agree, this is an odd little place. Pretty good Italian inspired dishes with a latin/Mexican twist, not traditional at all, executed by a latino staff. The service is very courteous and helpful. Best to-go. There is a walk up window and a drive thru. It is quite popular wih the lunch crowd, so be be warned. The wait is sometimes way more than you’d expect at a drive through, but everything is cooked to order, so calling ahead is best. If you do happen to wait there, they are usually really sweet and give you some fresh made bread to munch on, or a sample of one of their salads. I like calling ahead on my way home from work, so I can skip cooking dinner. The whole fam enjoys their food. Dishes I have had and enjoyed: 1. Chicken Caesar salad 2. Chicken parmesan 3. Chicken panino w sundried tomatoes 4. Pasta alfredo 5. Garlic bread That is all.

Delicious food everything I ordered had always been amazing. My favorite is the chicken portobello sandwich with pasta salad their bresd is so fresh and delicious. Only downside usually at least 25 – 30 minute wait. If you can call ahead its great although even then I’ve had to wait 30 minutes one time. I work across the street so I’m here often. Don’t let the little spot gool you its really good.

Any of their sandwiches are legit! Love the quick service considering the food is cooked to order. Pizzas are real good too. The shrimp pizza is the family’s favorite! Chicken poblano salad is delicious. …

Definately one of the oddest experiences of my dining life… but also one of the best! At first glance there is little more than the sign above this humble little establishment that says Italian. In fact, it looks more like a «all in one» style burger joint complete with drive through, but as the owner was proud to share: They bake their bread fresh on the premises, and make their food cook to order using fresh ingredients. She was also very patient and walked is through the menus and to our delight have us samplings of some of their more popular salads… making our decision that much more difficult! So there we are at the drive through of a burger joint sampling gourmet Italian food run by Latinos, while waiting for our order… odd??? But also, happenstance! I don’t imagine there is a bad thing on their very detailed menu(for those with food allergies), and I look forward to coming back. Again, it is «cook to order», which can be a catch 22 if you are in a hurry or they get busy. Ultimately, it is probably better to call ahead, but they also have dine in specials if you have the time…

The sandwiches here are so good! The one that got me hooked was the pino chicken. I was in the area for the first time in awhile a few days ago, I had the steak and spinach. So damn good. The salad is decent, I’m not a salad fan though. I do like their fries, the only thing is they run out pretty often. Definitely try this place though, but get one of the sandwiches! I tried spaghetti once, it was a little runny for my taste.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place inspired me to do so. The food here is delicious and I believe its the owner, he is so friendly and sweet I had a great visit. As far as portions go they’re amazing for the cost, average plate is about 8 – 10 dollars which is not bad at all the calzones are huge, big enough to be split between 2 people.

The Chicken Poblano Salad is delicious. I take it home, add some extra lettuce and it’s worth at least 2 meals! Love to eat it for dinner and then have it for lunch the next day. I prefer it with the vinaigrette dressing. I have had some of their sandwiches, also delicious. All in all, an easy take home meal with a home-made flavor! Call it in and pick it up!

Always eat here and order the LUNCH special and most time take it to go as well. All of a sudden today, waiter indicated that«I will let you slide this time and it is only dine in only» WOAH whats going on here. I order it go all the time. I also notice couple time i eat there that the Spanish customer are treated better then Asian. From observation, Asian customer are rushed whiles Hispanic customer gets a smile and politely asked to take there time. Food is GREAT but this is last time i order from there. F that. Racist waiter. It cant be any more obvious.

First time trying thus place it’s close to my new job, don’t know the well, and was tired of Mcdonalds. It took about 15 minutes to get my order of chicken parmigiana sandwich. It was really good and the side pasta was very delicious. Thought the portion of the pasta was small but hey for $ 10 I’ll survive. Everything tasted very fresh. My coworkers recommend the place very well. I be back.

Delicious and freshly made food upon ordering. Right amount flavoring on my home made lasagna that I ordered. It was filling for ~$ 10. Service was great with friendly workers. Due to the fresh preparation of your food, it may take 10 – 15 mins so make sure you got time to wait around. There’s a drive-thru where you can place your order or just park in their lot(or on along the road as I’ve seen ppl do many times at night) to dine in their outdoor sitting area.

This is my favorite local restaurant. I usually come once a week. They have great service! Drive-thru pickup and parking on the back to sit on their outdoor area. They also offer local free delivery. I love their outdoor area because it’s pet friendly and they usually have great music! Their food is delicious! My ultimate favorites are the chicken tequila, chicken piccata which comes with amazing veggies on the side, calzones. A must try! Love this place!

I come here often. Everything I’ve tried is always tasty. I don’t give 5 stars only because it’s a little pricey in my opinion. Highly recommend you try at least once and you be the judge. I’m kinda hungry, just might head over there now.

Grilled Chicken Avocado Club Sandwich: Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, chicken is never dry, and there’s bacon. Best I ever had. 5 stars for the sandwich and service. Tip: Order ahead of time otherwise it will take a while since everything is made to order.

One of my favorite pasta spots. The drive thru makes things convenient for a quick pasta run. The only thing is that you could be waiting an extra 10 mins at the window even if you called ahead and placed an order. Really nice staff. Prices are reasonable. I love the shrimp and scallops over rigatoni!

Not sure what used to be here prior to El Appetiz but the set up reminds me of my local Tommy’s and YES it has a working Drive-Thru… Driving by I saw their sign «Best Italian Food in Town» I can go for a good Meatball Sandwich so I stopped on in. They have a variety of Sandwiches and I believe all are priced at $ 7.25 and come with a side choice of: Pasta Salad, Mixed Green Salad or French Fries… Description is per Menu, pay close attention… Grilled Italian Meat BALL, with roasted ball pepper, sweet onions and Mozzarella Cheese… I chose French Fries I wasn’t expecting a soft round roll *(similar to a hamburger bun) I believe they make these in house, the roll was OK but NOT what I want for my sandwich. NOW do you remember that description? What do you see? here let me remove that bun and let’s take a better look El Appetiz Got NO Balls… after digging through all the onions and bell peppers I did find a couple chopped up pieces I think they used(1) small meatball and chopped it up for the entire sandwich… #Pitiful French Fries — Shoestring They were OK I’m just not a fan of shoestring fries. I look at the photos posted(NOTMINE) like this nice balls, nothing like what I got!

Italian steak sandwich on spinach… mmmmmmm. Comes on a nice soft roll. with tasty steak and a nice spicy sauce. Well prepared by very kind thoughtful people. Noise level from traffic is miserable… Like dining in a gravel pit hearing all the trucks roar by. But not the fault of the business.

I decided to come here after seeing the many 4 – 5 star reviews. After trying it out, I can truly say«Meh. I’ve experienced better.» I ordered a La Pescadori(Seafood Linguine), a steak and shrimp scampi over a bed of angel hair pasta, and a Grilled Chicken over Spaghettini. I ordered it on the phone before I arrived. My order was not ready when I got there. This was after an Asian woman cut in line in front of me, which was no fault of the restaurant. A few minutes later, the food was done. I was out of their shack, and was driving home with my order. The angel hair, linguine, and spaghettini were all overcooked. There was noting Al Dente about it. The Pescadori did not have very much seafood in it. It had a few pieces of a mystery fish. But, not much else. Their sauce also tasted a little bitter to me. The Steak and Scampi was served over a bed of angel hair pasta. Not only was the Angel Hair overcooked, but, so was the steak. I didn’t get a choice of how I wanted the steak, so they cooked it to well done. My wife who normally likes seafood more than steak, liked my steak and scampi more than she did the Pescadori. Both were not very good. The Grilled Chicken over spaghettini was saved for another day. One visit was enough for me. Tutto Fresco in the OC is a much better drive through take out Italian restaurant. El Appetiz is not what I want in an Italian Restaurant.
