Went in there today with the hubs after a super long super hot(100 degrees in east fork) bike ride, and Trevor was there to save the day! He offered ice water as soon as he saw us, and was super friendly throughout our entire visit. We should all be so lucky to have Trevor working every single day, but then we’d run into labor law issues and all that. Needless to say, when Trevor’s working get ready to be treated like the KOM or QOM that you are.

One of my favorite drive thru Starbucks. The entire team here is always so friendly and helpful. Ian Crespo is the manager there and he will go out of his way to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. I can’t say enough good things about this store. I was making a late night stop at this Starbucks through the drive-thru. It was a normal, smooth transaction as expected, until I was paying. This is where Ian, the window clerk and store supervisor, went ABOVE and BEYOND and gave my buddy and I exceptional service! I had one simple question: «Do you guys no longer carry the mini-cups for children or babies?» He answered my question thoroughly and turned my son’s initial disappointment in hearing that they no longer had mini cups, into a big glistening smile. All this was done through great customer service and going the extra mile to assure we were satisfied. As a father, there is no better feeling than your children being genuinely happy. I’ll be coming back more often. Thanks IAN!

Unilocal needs –stars for places like this. I come here EVERYDAY. The drive-thru is always packed with a line to Stater Bros. Most of the cars I know from going here EVERYDAY. I am a Gold card member probably about 10xs over by now. Since, as I stated, I come here EVERYDAY you would think THATTHEYWOULDGETMYDRINKORDERCORRECT. ITs not like I’m reinventing the Starbucks menu it’s a non-fat caramel latte with real caramel drizzle ONLY. The fake syrup(still don’t get how they came up with that word being so close to the word sauce) is AWFUL and leaves a Nasty after taste. They should call it imitation of FAKE caramel to warn people of its nastiness. Yet, without fail they will give me a drink with this vomit inducing substance, 1 out of 5 times. This week they are already at 3 for 5 counting Sat and Sunday. Also, can you PLEASE get some workers with a personality that actually enjoy working here? Jill Needs to smile, and I’m pretty sure Lance needs to go get another job because it appears that he hates his job and maybe even life in general. He adds money to my gold card then takes it away instead of crediting it. DONECOMINGHERE! I WILLDRIVETOLAVERNE!!! At least they are funny and seem to like their jobs and each other.

I ordered a flat white. A signature drink Starbucks should be especially excellent at. As a certified trainer at Starbucks Id like to say everything about my drink was incredibly wrong. Something should definitely be done. Not fair for the customers to not get what they paid for.

This is not a review of that Starbucks, but rather Starbucks in general. Starbucks new reward program is TERRIBLE. It only rewards those who spend lots of money there. As it is now, for every purchase you make you are rewarded 1 star. After you have collected 12 stars you get a free item(drink or food). The new program you will get 2 stars for every dollar you spend, but you will need to collect 125 stars to get a free item. I normally spend $ 4.50 there. So I will need to purchase 16 drinks before I get a free one! My husband buys black coffee that costs $ 2.45. He will need to buy at least 20 coffees to get a free one. I think not. As of April 1, I may become a McDonalds Iced Coffee fan.

My order i always wrong, the coffee taste burnt, and one time they charged me for 2 drinks when i only ordered one. the staff is also very rude and they get bothered if you ask them to fix the order they messed up

So just came in 10mins before close and was greeted by Shannon who was so jolly and happy with good energy! Also was greeted by emily, kristy and their was another girl who was helping at drive thru. I came back again for the same drink. I came in to see Karla but she wasn’t there but its okay,(: so i was explaining to shannon how karla my drink and she knew exactly what i wanted when i told her and it was amazing! She made sure it was made right. All the ladies that are working tonight were super nice. So thank you night crew for being awesome. All these ladies that work here, give them a raise please. I’ll definitely be coming here more often.

I don’t go to Starbucks too often but when I do I’m always satisfied with how friendly they are with the great customer service and how willingly they are if your drink is improperly made will gladly make it again but last night I and a couple friends went to the drive-through around 10 and we had a gentleman named Raymond who ruined my whole experience he was rude inpatientand did not try to correct our order when we pulled up to the window we asked him if he could break or Bill and he said you can just pay with this 20 and it’ll be fine and we try to explain to him we want to split the bill but he insisted to pay with the 20. Then our drinks were wrong so I asked for a receipt and he just walked away lastly I ordered a bread which I asked not to be warmed up and he gave it to me warmed up and said have a nice day and close the window so I had to wait for him to come back and say I didn’t want this warm. Overall he was just very rude and I will not be returning to this particular location again and I recommend that you drive seven minutes down the street to the next closest location

Decided to come inside today since its drive thru rush hour right now… about 20 cars… but so glad i came in… such a wonderful atmosphere today the team is all in great moods happy faces… as a restaurant manager this is what i love to see… only downfall pumpkin scones are gone! I’ve been known to travel far and wide(aka from Monrovia) to come to this Starbucks because of the drive thru! There’s just some days when you need your iced coffee before you even get ready for the day so you head out still in your pjs but don’t want anyone to see you or get out of the car. That’s when the Starbucks drive thru comes in handy. Always good service, they have a nice large patio to sit outside. I can’t recall a time when I ventured inside this one so I can’t review the inside. Oh and fairly easy access to the 210&57 freeways, making it a pit stop on my way to Disneyland!

Ugh, How I love this location, and coming here… but, it’s so sad that one employees bad mood, can mess up one customers good review. Its okay if you don’t want to smile, but you can at least be friendly right? The last time I was there, the cashier was a nut. Unable to understand our order, and so darn serious. She never cracked one smile. She even looked pissed. and THAT pissed me off!

I was very disappointed at how quickly this place went to crap. I was a loyal customer to the SB on Damien and Foothill until they kept messing up my darn coffee and oatmeal order. So I started going to this location. Coffee was always great and consistent until about 4 months later. I went through the drive thru and got my coffee however I needed my receipt for the entry for Starbucks for life. The guy at the window did not give me my receipt so I stood there for a few seconds to get his attention however he totally ignored me and walked away. The week after I went three times. One time, my coffee smelled like the whipped cream was sour. My daughter later that afternoon wasn’t feeling well(probably due to the spoiled whip cream). I called that morning informing them that my coffee did not smell right, they stated they make their whip cream daily and it would be impossible for it to be spoiled. Ummm, hellloooo — they could have used spoiled cream. The next day I went back told the girl at the window what happened and she said she would talk to her manager. When I got back to work my coffee had no flavoring in it. Come on now, how do you forget the flavoring in a White Chocolate Mocha. The following day, same thing, forgot the flavoring and whip cream. At this point I was doing with both locations and am now a fan of the coffee at Wahles in La Verne. Bye Bye Starbucks!!!

Love this place. I come here every day because I like the drive through and not having to go outside with my puppy in the car. All the employees here are so nice and I see them all the time since I come here so much. They always say hi to my puppy too. Also, if there is ever a mistake made, they give you a coupon for a free drink of any size when you come the next time. They also make my signature drink(venti, white chocolate mocha, very light ice, one extra pump of white mocha and whipped cream) better than any other starbucks I go to around Glendora/azusa for some reason. Bottom line: this particular starbucks provides exceptional customer service and take their time making the drinks RIGHT. Drive through is busy most of the time but goes very fast. Next time you’re there, ask for Jacky! She’s the coolest employee there! :)

I absolutely hate this Starbucks! And I am a regular costumer/fan of Starbucks. This shop in particular is way under staff for the amount of obese housewives ordering frappes. They literally need to have two lines ones for housewives of glendora and one for people just trying to get a cup of coffee. And not to even mention the drive tru– the line is always to the Stater bros! They seriously need to have a sign saying that more than 2 drinks must be orders inside, this could perhaps help the obesity epidemic!
