I guess my money isn’t as green as the prior two reviewers’. After buying two windows to replace the 1960 models in my house, I wanted to buy nine more to finish the rest of the house. I asked Lewis to give me a quote on the Friday before I picked up the two windows due to arrive the following Tuesday. No response until Tuesday.
Tuesday morning, I call to see if my two windows are in and whether he had a quote for the additional nine windows. He said the two were in and he’d have the quote ready for me when I picked up the two windows later that afternoon.
I show up at 3:00 to pick up the the two windows and the quote is still not ready! How hard is it to plug in the info (all laid out in an email) for nine windows? He apologized and sad he’d get it to me before the end of the day.
Oh my goodness! I’m a returning customer trying to spend $ 7,000. You’d think this would be an easy sale and there would be some sense of urgency to provide what I’m asking for.
Well, it’s now four days later, and I still don’t have a quote. I guess I’ll go find another company that wants my $ 7,000 and doesn’t waste my time.

Superior Customer Service! We came in looking for a mantle and Jose was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He was able to point us in the right direction and even made suggestions that will ensure our project will turn out perfectly. We came in with our three kids (yes, we were those people) our 3 year old toddler wanted to touch every door handle, smudge every window and take copious amounts of water from their dispenser. These guys are angels cause not only did they not get annoyed but they reassured me that she was not causing trouble. We have a lot of upcoming home improvement projects and these guys are definitely our go-to’s from here on out. Their selection is also great so what more can you ask for.

We are so happy we went to Lemar Hardwood & Door. The service was top notch and there were so many options to choose from. We have purchased both our front door and a mantle from Lemar. Both are very high quality and beautiful. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped us tremendously. We get so many compliments on both and we would definitely recommend them.
