Their paints seem to be very good from what I have experienced, however their BIG drawback is the inferior quality of the cans the paint comes in. They rust like hell very fast. I was told at the store that Dunn-​Edwards uses a supplier from China for the cans. If you intend to buy their paints and want to keep it for any length of time I suggest you transfer the paint to a plastic container with a sealed lid, or go and shop elsewhere.

In the process of looking for paint for my 4000 sqft home. Wanted to ask to have an idea of what color was similar to my swatch but Dan Powers had a very generic reply. Said, «I dunno man, could pretty much be any color on the palette». Really? Why don’t you just tell me it’s a self service store. I guess Dunn Edwards hires anyone regardless of experience. In this time in age it’s all about the customer service and they sure aren’t getting my business with that incident. I didn’t mention they had employees walk by me a few times without acknowledging me after I walked in and clearly walking right past them. What a waste of time.

So glad Dunn Edwards is in Glendora. I did not get the service I expected from Dunn Edwards. I asked many questions and did not find the personnel to have any knowledge about the special paint that I wanted. I was there 3 times got a different answer each time and still left with no paint and confused about the product that I wanted. It took 10 min to scan a can of paint to find the price at 4:30.

Needed a gallon of paint and they cut me an incredible price break off of normal retail… very happy with the quality, price and service. Glad they decided to put a store in Glendora.

Dunn Edwards paints are of superior quality in comparison to a lot of other brands. My father is a professional painter and often says their paints don’t fade. He’s often annoyed when clients ask for Sherman Williams and other brands.
Went into this location for the first time today. It lives up to the level of service I have come to expect from Dunn Edwards. The worker at the Resource Center was friendly and informative. He couldn’t get the scanner to scan my Unilocal!coupon, so he just have me my third paint sample.
When buying a paint sample there was a slight flaw in the mix, so they made me a new one even though I couldn’t tell a difference.
Definitely will be back once my mom decides on a color and with my dad in the future!
