John Contabile

I initially met John Contabile during an open house, at which time I had a broker recommended by the loan agent, and had an online company open a few homes. Nevertheless, the qualities of professionalism, responsiveness, initiative, experience and an affable personality made it immediately apparent that John would be the best broker to find a home.
He even went so far as to suggest an office conference to review the standard loan docs, and contingencies, before I actually wrote an offer (which I foolishly declined).
John did actually find me the house — as his online service proactively sends emails, on an almost daily basis, of homes (and condos/​townhomes), when they first come on the market.
I would recommend him unequviocally.
