Went here this weekend and Maria was so sweet and helpful! She was a great employee and made me feel very welcomed. Thanks for a great experience! Certainly will come back to this Subway!

Spoiler Alert New $ 6 meal(different each day of the week) is great. I like that on the weekends with family, that I can order by phone and have them deliver. I only wish I could get here more often for their great breakfasts. They are really good.

Excellent location with 90 minutes of free parking right in the back. The store is always kept clean and the employees always greet you in a very friendly manner. The food is fresh also very fresh.

I don’t know where to begin but I have to start somewhere. The customer service here is the absolute WORST! I asked the nice woman at the front for change for a $ 20 after I bought my meal and she told me one moment. As I patiently waited the owner came from the back and said no he could not give me change because the bank is closed and he will not have enough small bills. I offered to buy something again and he refused to take my money. If having change is a problem then maybe you shouldn’t be open. Moving on, when I asked for tomatoes on my sandwich all they had were tomatoes that were yellowish red which clearly means they are NOT ripe! I asked for different tomatoes and the owner told me to take it or leave it. That’s exactly what I did! I left so fast and I will NEVER step foot in this Subway ever again! If your looking for a great sandwich place don’t waste your time just walk a little further down to Jersey Mikes.

I came in after a workout from up the street and the worker(Spanish looking young girl) first off the bat was on her phone texting I guess. I went up to the place where you order and she was still on the phone. After asking her to come over she had an attitude with me. All I wanted was a sandwich.

I’ve never been disrespected at a subway restaurant like I did last night. Yesterday I walked in with my friend to be greeted by a short skinny Hispanic girl. After I walked in I had to wait for a good two minutes for her to finish whatever she was doing on her phone and assist me. I politely asked her for a chicken bacon ranch Sandwhich only to be surprised by her negative attitude when she asked me what kind of bread I wanted. Her head was down the entire time while she carelessly threw the lettuce and other toppings on to my Sandwhich. I’m sure employees have to pass a hearing test before being hired because she was acting like she didn’t hear me after telling her that I wanted olives in my Sandwhich for over three times. After all that she managed to give me the wrong amount of change and commence arguing with me. I gave her a 20 dollar bill which she put in the register and kept insisting that I had given her a 10. Worst subway experience of my life and I won’t ever be coming to this location. Better yet, I’m never going to any subway restaurant ever again.

I go to this Subway frequently for lunch and have always had good experiences. The staff are nice, they remember my sandwich, the owner is nice, and they give you the food you expect from Subway!

Walked in, guy with orange hair was super nice, he was going to give me a breakfast sandwhich, but this Older Latina lady with blonde hair, interfered and told us with a snappy, b***y attitude, «no we don’t serve breakfast after 11» and the nice guy serving me was talking to her quietly that he said he would give me a breakfast sandwhich. And with her snappy attitude she said NO. Why the heck is she interfering? She wasn’t even serving us, the other guy was. Terrible customer service!!! This is the worst location, never had this problem before.

I cannot even say how disgusted I am. I just ordered a veggie sandwich. When midway through eating it I noticed a small worm crawling on my tomato. An actual LIVE one on it! I understand that bugs eat veggies, but this stuff need to be cleaned a lot better than what is being currently done. Do not eat here!

This location is a ripping off the downtown lunch crowd Menu claims value meal additional 2.25 But they charged 2.40. When questioned, owner claimed its for Governor Brown, but your clearly taxed 9% at the bottom of receipt. I guess this is the only restaurant in the area charging more than 10% tax 15 cents is not much, but if they are ripping off every customer, it adds up fast! If you need the extra coin, change your menu, be honest with the customers! As someone who works in the area, I will never go back! The receipts also contain invalid transaction ID # so you can’t complain at the subway website.

Why do I keep coming to subway? Everything I wantd was closed and I was in a hurry so I had no choice. . So we all know subway isn’t the best quality but out of the other cap subways this is slightly higher than the others… there’s worse and many better… sprinkle in that the guy r a king my order clearly doesn’t listen to your order and ges it wrong blatantly and youl have another great subway trip!

You must be kidding me! I stood in line I made my order my sandwich is ready I need to pay but the person that was people after me ordered a platter so this lady decides to run n bring his stuff out and then charge him this took 10 minutes and I am just standing there. I am very sorry but when then is a line and this person is two people behind you should first help the people before him. I didn’t have to stand 10 min waiting for someone to run back and forth then charge him out while I’m just standing and the worker couldn’t say I’m sorry give me a minute. So 10 min I stood there waiting employees didn’t even care. It was ridiculous!!!

I had a lunch event to coordinate for work in less than 24 hours and this Subway was awesome. They took my order down accurately, delivered the food a couple minutes early, and provided everything we needed for our sandwich lunch. I’m very impressed with their customer service and was under budget for the event :) I am definitely keeping their number handy for catering!

The location is super packed during lunch time and I only had ten minutes for my first break. I talked to the cashier(tony) and asked if I could pay now and come back later on my longer break to eat. He was super cool about it and helped me right away. When I came back to pick it up my sandwich was ready to go for me and tasted delicious. Super courteous staff awesome food. Four stars for this mini subway on Brand!

Thanks for staying open those extra five minutes so we could grab dinner last night after Pollo Loco failed to have chicken again(for yes, the FIFTH time in a row). Servers were very accommodating, we offered to leave after we saw how close to eleven it was, but they didn’t seem fake or put off by it at all. We rushed as fast as we could with ordering and got out the door exactly at 11:02, they finished putting in the chairs, tables and lock the front door by 11:05.
