Hypnosis works! I loved Liza! I went in for jealousy issues, Liza got to the core of the problem and i have never felt better. Me and my Fiancée could not be better thanks to her. Hypnosis for Weight Loss Works for Me! Since March of this year, I have had a handful of sessions with Liza. I lost 2 inches off my waist and 3 inches of my hips so far, and have gone down 1 dress size! My eating habits have improved and I’ve been more active too.

As I have yet to visit the HealWithin clinic itself, this review covers my impressions of Liza Boubari, the practitioner, and is written from the standpoint of a fellow massage therapist and educator with no affiliation with her practice.
I first heard about her practice from a student researching a project on hypnotherapy and massage. As I was relatively unaware of how these fields complemented each other, I invited Liza to come speak at my school. After conversing with her briefly I would regard Liza as someone with a genuinely friendly, welcoming disposition. What I thought to be most refreshing was her complete lack of pretentiousness or agenda of self promotion, qualities I believe to be rare in this field.
Liza drove 20 miles out of her way on a weekday afternoon to come speak to a group of aspiring massage therapists about her experiences in the field. She performed a brief demonstration on a couple of volunteers, explaining some of her philosophies as she continued. I would describe her approach as truly holistic in that it seemed to combine aspects of Western based medical massage with intuitive, energy-​based arts. As a recipient of her treatment you could expect compassion, active-​listening, and unconditional positive regard through seasoned, experienced hands. Both student volunteers reported positive effects such as improved sleep and feeling as though some weight had been lifted from their beings.
To be clear, I’m not writing this review to promote HealWithin to the casual Unilocaler but rather to assure potential clients that the treatment provided by Ms. Boubari in my estimation would be coming from someone who is a highly educated and highly competent massage practitioner with a definitive gift for the healing arts. I cannot speak for the other staff or services provided at HealWithin as I have yet to meet any of them or forge any other opinions to date.

What a great place to relax! Found myself falling asleep during the massage, maybe I was just tired but I think it was Liza’s great hands and massage technique. Have been to see her many times over the years and it is always a great experiance. Thanks Liza!!!
