Chava is one of the best electrologists around. She somehow makes you feel at home and if you keep at it, which you can because Chava’s prices are affordable and she has availability, you will see results. I am so thankful for access to efficient and permanent hair removal. its made me a more confident person

This is the second electrolysis location I’ve tried and by far the best. I’ve had unwanted hair since… forever. It’s a wonderful feeling to go out into the sun with confidence. Worth the try. Prices are competitive too.

I’ve struggle with unwanted hair for some time. I tried a variety of solutions, including laser hair removal. Unfortunately, in my case, the laser treatment induced additional hair growth. I searched high and low to find an Electrolysis who is knowledgable, informative and overall pleasant to be around. This process is a definite commitment, so it was important for me to choose someone that made me feel comfortable.
Chava is wonderful, professional and very knowledgable — and most importantly (to me) she knows how manage my expectations.

I have lived with excess hair for most of my life. I’ve tried it all, from threading to waxing to creams. None of those methods worked for me. They were expensive in the long run, didn’t make the hair go away, and making regular appointments took a lot of time out of my schedule. I finally decided to try something more permanent and found out about electrolysis.
After some research and reading these reviews, I visited Chava. She is absolutely fantastic!
Her office is clean, comfortable, and her equipment is sterilized and new. It’s conveniently located near the Americana. She is friendly, caring, and genuinely interested in her clients. Chava is also detail-​oriented and thorough in her work. Additionally, she has flexible hours and making an appointment is easy.
During the first appointment, she genuinely listened to my concerns, taught me about electrolysis, and what to expect before/​after each appointment. This was great because I was still unsure about electrolysis and if it was the right fit for me. We also worked out a plan for me so that I could finally be free of that stubborn facial hair.
I have been seeing her for a few months now and my upper lip has never looked this good. The hair is thinning out and disappearing. Electrolysis is a slow and steady solution but it does provide more permanent results. I find that my facial hair is no longer a concern– it’s really diminished that much that I don’t even think about it.
I’m so glad I found Chava and do not hesitate to recommend her!

I used to go to Chava for electrolysis years ago before she relocated to Northern Cal. When I found out she was returning to LA (even better: to the East side) I was thrilled! Electrolysis does take patience, but it is a miracle cure in hair removal – and Chava is great. She is friendly, detailed in her work, and full of good vibes. Her office is neat and relaxing. Finding a good Electrologist with up-​to-​date equipment, decent prices, and a pleasant soul can be very hard. I highly recommend her. As a Flow client, I have never had any problems making an appointment.

My experience with Chava had been absolutely fantastic. Her office is very clean and she is extremely professional.
The first time I came in she thoroughly explained how electrolysis works. She provided me with all the information I need to know about the preparing for the appointment and how to take care of your skin after.
I also bought the all natural products which Chava has available and they have worked wonders on my skin! The shea butter lotion, shea butter face soap, Witch Hazel all natural toner! I recommend everything!!!

Hair in unexpected places can be embarrassing. Chava makes sure that permanent removal is not worse. Her skills are excellent, her spirit positive.
I found the Glendale building easily and have found convenient street parking each visit.
The treatment room is very comfortable, professional, clean and airy.
Chava has treated my neck, chin, cheek and now, thanks to menopause, my back. She works at a good speed, not too fast and not laboriously slow. I have had four other electrologists, as I’m particular/​picky. Now I gladly drive an hour to see her.
Electrolysis is hair removal that takes time and commitment, but it’s worth every minute and dollar. Follow Chava’s recommendations and you will have the best possible outcome. I recommend her without hesitation.

Chava is not only the best at what she does, she is an even more amazing person and friend. She has a very warm soul and has really helped me with my hair journey. Thanks to electrolysis by Chava, I am a whole new person! Chava is a very caring person. our relationship started off as electrologist and client and quickly grew into a friendship. I am majorly bummed that she is moving away from Roseville as I will greatly miss her but I know this is the right thing for her and family at this time.

I did a lot of research on different review websites and decided that I would rather have the hair gone permanently as apparently laser hair removal will have it grow back and… sometimes elsewhere on the face and I decided that was not a good option.
She explained the process to me to give me clear and realistic expectations. I have been waxing my upper lip on and off since I was 13 and I’m tired of it. But this actually will make it longer to complete the process because I have different hairs growing out of the same root. I have been going since January of this year for every two weeks. After 3 months I have seen a difference and will write an update when I finally finish the long process. I have ways to go for now.
Chava is friendly, outgoing, and talkative and she gives me a couple of extra minutes each time so I appreciate the friendly customer service and the fact that she loves and takes pride in her work. So great service, great expertise, and a positive environment has helped me stay comfortable and willing to continue with this slightly tedious process.
It is worth it!

Fantastic!!! Chava is my new electrolysis person to go to while I’m in Cali. She’s kind, thoughtful, sweet and thorough. She’s quite accommodating as well! Very pleased with her and her prices which are totally affordable, specially when you get a package. I am even tempted to try her massages.

You don’t know how lucky you are, Rocklin — Chava is simply a master masseuse, and one of the sweetest human beings I’ve ever met. She has a fluid, hands-​on style that she uses with just the right balance of strength and gentleness. She is a wonder. Next time we’re in the Sacramento area we’ll have to make a side trip to see her!

One of the saddest moments of 2011 was when Chava told me she was moving from SF to Sacramento… and taking her amazing massage skills with her. She has an amazing touch and an innate ability to pinpoint what muscles and areas to work on to make my particular trouble spots much less troubled. Amazingly detoxifying too — I felt lighter for days afterward both physically and emotionally. Awesome massage therapist! Now move back to SF!!!

Chava is absolutely amazing. Electrolysis is usually a pretty miserable experience, but I can honestly say that with Chava, it’s enjoyable. She does a great job and works at your comfort level, and conversations are always so fun. Plus, she plays great music!
