Fragrance Outlet

Horrible, horrible customer service. The perfume place besides watch store is way better. Not even worth an explanation.

My mom I and visited the store last night to check out some fragrances I had been looking for and while I didn’t find any, I did find some Travalo refillable perfume sprayers and I purchased 2. After leaving, we noticed another perfume outlet and went in there as well. The same sprays were $ 4 cheaper and my mom actually purchased one there. The lady at the store told us that many customers come and complain that FO has higher prices and they are never able to do anything about it. We went back to Fragrance Outlet (not more than 10 minutes later) to see if I was able to get a price adjustment. I showed the receipts and the identical product to the manager Jan P. and she told me that no the products are not the same and that no price adjustments or returns will be done. From the look on her face, she knew that the other stores offered the same product for way less. I have never been so disgusted and annoyed at the customer service there. I wanted the product, but at a total of roughly $ 4 per item (total of $ 8 wasted) I was incredibly disappointed. I walked to the Tanger customer service and filed a complaint.
**Do not waste your time or money at this place**

Completely garbage service. Bought cologne here and my girlfriend had already gotten me the same thing. Tried to return it and they wouldnt. The girl pointed to the smallest sign I have ever seen and said our police is no returns. Wouldn’t have been a big deal except for her attitude
