I’ve been wanting to have my eyebrows done for some time and decided to finally take the plunge with Michelle. I actually found her on Groupon. Other than having a great price, she’s a terrific artist. She’s very professional, patient and kind. She explained how the procedure works, what to expect and how to take care of my eyebrows after everything’s been said and done. I must say I’m glad I chose Bio Beauty Care. I’m very happy with the end results. My eyebrows have healed and they’re not noticeable at all. Only during the first few weeks were they noticeable because the ink was still very fresh. I also had my top eyelids permanently tattooed but with a very thin line. It has cut my morning makeup routine to 99%. Now I just «wake up like this.»
I highly recommend Michelle if you need your brows flawless.

Wow. First of all yes I am not your Client, my dear Friend Angelica Z. Wrote this review about you, and she was one of your clients, she does not have a Unilocal account, so she wrote it on mine and forgot to add her name. I am sure you know who angelica is right? She recently went over about 1 month ago to due her eyebrows and had a very bad experience with you. And honestly I find you very disrespectful to go and comment about my looks it shows how professional you are. And no I’m not trying to compete please lady, it’s funny how you think the bad comments are your competitors! I will not recommend any one to go to your place specially with that kind of attitude. For the people on Unilocal my friend angelica is getting tattoo removal the for the uneven eyebrows michelle did on her it’s costing her over 500 $ I strongly recommend to go somewhere else. the owner I believe Michelle was not even willing to do a retouch and to make them look even.

For the price — the service — the location — the «Shel» who did it — it’s perfection at its finest.
Shel made me feel comfortable every inch of the way — she was very thorough with what’s going on (coz, yeah, it takes a while; over an hour) and she does not mind any questions I have during the process (okay — what’s that — what’s going on — why do that). She explained to me what comes (and expectations) after the 1^st session and the 2^nd, how to take care of my newly launched brows, etc.
The location is very easy to find and parking is easy as well since there’s a structure just half a block away. The room where service is performed is clean and aromatic; small yet cozy, and relaxing as what to expect in high-​end (and high-​priced) Beverly-​Hills-​kind-​of-​facility.
As for the price — very reasonable; it can’t be beaten! For what you get (service and follow-​through), I highly recommend this place to people I know who has facial and brow needs.
I look forward to coming back for facial services; my hubs and I. Shel has recommended oxygen facial; she explained how your skin benefits from it, how it’s performed, how long it takes, etc. What’s best about it, she educates you not forcing anything for $‘s sake.

Michelle did my eyebrows so perfect! I have tattoos all over my body but I’ve always been terrified of doing my brows. Thank God for my beautiful girl and her talent! She did the feathering and her strokes are so detailed they look like real hair! Other places cost twice as much and don’t even come close to as good as hers. My friend paid $ 600 somewhere else and mine look ten times better. I highly recommend her!

Got my eyebrows done with Michelle and it was the best decision I’ve done! My eyebrows are amazing and look incredibly natural! I am one of those unfortunate ones who have thin and uneven eyebrows. I’m so happy that I don’t need to spend so much time doing my eyebrows anymore. I can honestly say, «I woke up like this».

I came to get my eyebrows done with Michelle because a friend of mine already did and they look Amazingl! Michelle is definitely a great artist and takes the time to get things exactly the way you want it. She listened to what shape, fullness and look I wanted to achieve and she added her own expertise to make the results absolutely perfect! My eyebrows had never looked this good. Not only was I getting alot of compliments on my eyebrows but also my face overall and I believe its all because of the Brows. I love love love it! I am so glad I wont have to worry about having to do them everyday. And its all Thanks to Michelle!

Michelle did a great job with my 3D tattoo eyebrows. She’s very professional and consultation went great. She’s easy to speak with she had very light hands.
Best is when she reminds me to see her for touch up and checks in with me how my eyebrows are healing. Her initiation on my follow-​ups are very much appreciated!

I wish I could lave NO STARS. I had the «3D brow embroidery» done in July. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I left in tears and that is what began an emotional whirlwind for me. My brows were completely black and bold, and totally UNEVEN, nothing like the she had drawn on before she started tattooing. I was so emotional with this process that I have been unable to write a review up until this point, she just called me to tell me that it was time for my touchup, and that the waver I signed says she can’t guarantee they will be perfect until after the second session… I would NEVER let this woman near me again. EVER. I suffered so much emotionally, I had anxiety, panic attacks, and I couldn’t eat for nearly 2 weeks. I’ve been going through the tattoo removal process for the past three months, which has been extremely emotional, long, painful, and expensive. If I would have read one negative review about her, I wouldn’t have gotten this done here. I hope I can save someone the emotional heartache. I figured I’d go here and save a buck, because she was charging $ 350, when PROFESSIONALS are charging $ 650 or $ 700, well I’ve spent twice that trying to get it removed, which takes several sessions and weeks of healing, scabbing, peeling, and no time in the sun. I can’t express the heartache and emotional toll this experience took on me. She was pushy, I went in just for a consult and immediately after doing the brows with pencil, she was asking if I was ready to have it done. I jumped the gun and did it, and I will always regret that snappy decision.

I loved going to this place! I fell asleep during my facial, because I felt so relaxed and the environment was incredibly cozy. My skin is glowing and I can’t wait to revisit the staff!

I just had the best facial with Michelle! She is so knowledgeable and left my skin glowing. Here products are amazing and I see and feel the results immediately and have been receiving so many compliments on my skin. She offers other I highly recommend going to her for any treatment.

I really liked the place, so chic and clean. Aside from nice atmosphere and very professional staff, their service is incredible. I had my facial done by Michelle. She was very meticulous in cleaning my face and knows what my skin needs. She even gave me tips on how to take care of my skin. I can see that her sincere focus is for the best interest of my skin. I had an amazing experience with Michelle. She has done wonders with my skin. I was having acne issues and sun damage. I never imagined my skin could look so great. She’s very professional and friendly. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of skin care and the products to keep yourself looking fabulous. And the spa is absolutely adorable.
