Very good Asian fusion place in downtown Glen Cove. The usual assortment of Chinese, Japanese, Sushi, and Udon soups. But done well. We’ve had some of everything over the course of our visits. Girlfriend loves the Udon soups. I enjoy the sushi. Unassuming façade outside but you should try it when you’re in the area.

Can’t say enough about this little gem on School Street. Unassuming from the outside & simply wonderful inside. The menu is diverse for everyone we’ve gone with. Love the sushi for freshness, plentiful portion & presentation. Kitchen amazes with the spot on flavors & all I can say is we keep returning. The service also makes you feel your needs are met before you’ve had to ask for anything. ok you get it. GREATPLACE!

I LOVE sushi so I was super excited to try this place during my visit. My boyfriend and I went with his uncle and we each decided to order a roll and all share. I ordered the Incredible roll, which had crabmeat tempura inside of it with cucumber and then on top a combination of tuna, salmon, and yellow tail accompanied with avocado and their special sauce. My boyfriend went with a shrimp tempura roll which had kani on the outside of it(unfortunately I am forgetting the name of the roll). His uncle ordered a salmon roll with tuna on top with a creamy wasabi sauce(I am forgetting the name of this roll as well… I’m the worst). We then decided to split a fourth roll and decided on the Red Hot Roll. This roll came with crabmeat, cucumber, and avocado topped with tuna, jalapeño, cilantro, and their homemade hot sauce. I loved all four rolls, but my favorite was my boyfriend’s uncles. The creamy wasabi sauce absolutely made the dish. It was delicious and now I’m craving it as I’m writing this. The workers were super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy but sophisticated with dim lighting. Overall, this was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back on my next visit to Glen Cove!

Simply the best in town — sushi is always fresh and tasty, love the clear soup, the crispy duck is outstanding, and the lobster or tuna avocado salad is a must. Need I say more?

I’ll keep it very simple. Great Food. Great Sushi. The staff is somewhat attentive unless it’s really busy which would be Friday and Saturday during movie hours. I recommend the dinner combination platters such as the sesame chicken or the hibachi steak. Definitely worth coming here. Plus they offer coupons as well!

Good sushi for a decent price and really friendly service. The have a lunch menu for about 10 $, perfect! There is also an entrance towards the central Glen Cove parking lot, but hard to find.

Previously I only had great experiences at this restaurant. Great service and food. Unfortunately, this past experience was very bad. To begin with, I received my food almost 10 minutes after my 3 friends, which is just bad form and inconvenient. Then, I pulled a HAIR out of my sushi. I had already paid but when I confronted my waitress, she accused me of LYING and wouldn’t even give me a partial refund. VERY unfortunate to be treated this way. I will DEFINITELY be spreading the word about this experience so others know not to come here if they don’t want to be treated poorly.

So I really want to give Asian Fusion 4 stars and totally would have, if I was basing this review solely on food. But the servers here are in desperate need of training. There is the obvious language barrier which I normally wouldn’t hold against them but top that off with a bad attitude and I deduct a star. We were here for dinner recently with a group of 4. While ordering the waitress didn’t write anything down, and then they brought out one of the wrong appetizers(vegetable gyoza instead of pork) and didn’t really care that it was incorrect. We ordered a bottle of wine and she brought it out and put it on the table, didn’t open it or pour it for us. I asked for Sriracha(chili sauce) several times and she brought out cilantro, then insisted that that is what I asked for. After dinner we asked for dessert menus and she brought us the check! Its such a shame that the service isn’t better because we all really really enjoyed the food. The sushi was very fresh, great quality and beautifully plated, but unfortunately bad service makes for bad experiences. Probability of return: Might give them one more shot

Recently me and my girlfriend came here to have dinner. Been here multiple times but this is my first review. The food is always good, as well as the drinks. There’s an impressive sushi selection my favorite is The Angry Bird. They provide a great wine selection as well as saki. My girlfriend likes the plum wine alot. We also had fried banana tempora for dessert which was great as usual. The service here is very attentive, so thats a plus. It is a bit pricey the food/drinks but definitely worth it tho. I’ll be back for more amazing sushi soon’ lol :)

I come in here about once a week for lunch, and have been here twice now for dinner in the past two months. Not only is the staff super sweet and attentive, the food and presentation are always great. In a city with a lot of revolving doors for affordably priced establishments, I hope this one stays for a long long time. p. s. Can’t wait for more sake next time :-)

This restaurant is amazing! I got the dinner box and it was good! My only criticism is that they use styrofoam cups that literally never decompose otherwise this restaurant is awesome

I had been avoiding this place because of the generally grungy looking exterior, but after hearing good things from multiple friends; decided to give it a go. My girlfriend and I visited the restaurant on a Friday night, figuring there would be some sort of crowd there and instead were greeted by a barren dining room. The dining room, incidentally, was well decorated — not any reflection of the outside of the building. My girlfriend ordered some sushi and I ordered a Pad See Yu along with a cup of hot sake which never came. Although, the food was pretty good, had good presentation, and it was fairly priced. The service wasn’t great, we had a few different waiters coming over and asking us if we ordered. After that, and never receiving the sake I ordered, you can tell the staff is somewhat unorganized. The food didn’t take to long to come out but we never had anyone check on us to ask if we needed anything or if everything was okay. It took forever to get our check, which was strange since we were only one of about three other parties there. Overall, if you’re down with sub par service but pretty decent and fairly priced food, check this place out. Probably better for take out.

I’ll be honest… with a name like Asian fusion and that neon«sushi bar» light outside. it didn’t really lure me in. The wait was too long at fatty fish, so we decided to try this place. Inside — surprisingly clean. I don’t know why I was expecting it look like a dump. Service — Fast & attentive. Almost TOO attentive. We sat down and 3 different servers asked us if we wanted something to drink within the first 2 minutes of sitting down. now the important part… the food… I had the soup and salad to start. Soup was good & cheap. Salad was great. Sushi– My girlfriend & i split 4 specialty rolls. The time & effort they take to garnish the place is crazy! They bring out this tray with the sushi & there was this cube that lights up in the middle with a mini garden above it. I appreciate effort like that… Just saying! Sushi was fresh & delicious. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the mango on 2 of the specialty rolls we got. I LOVE mango but they also drizzled some sweet mango sauce over it & I felt like it was a little too over powering for me. No biggie though, I just took it right off the top and the sushi was still good :) Prices were decent… not too expensive at all. Bill for 2 came to 62 $ We didn’t drink but we ate A LOT. Disregard the ugly neon signs and non-creative name.

FINALLY, a solid chinese food place! Asian Fusian has standard prices, fresh food, and doesn’t leave you feeling like a fat greasy hippo afterwards. Their sushi is just OK– I wouldn’t go here solely for it, but if you’re getting takeout with a group who wants a little bit of everything(I believe they have chinese, japanese and thai) then this is place super convenient, offering a mix of asian foods… hence the name Asian Fusion. Smart. My family has gotten take out three times since they’ve opened and we have liked everything so far: multiple chicken dishes, veggie steamed dumplings, seaweed salad, edamame, sushi, fried rice… Also, the staff are very accommodating– they forgot our order of veggie dumplings a few weeks ago so they credited our most recent order $ 5. How nice(and trusting) ! I was between giving this place 3 and 4 stars, but seeing as how there is honestly NO other decent place around here for chinese food, I bumped it up to 4. If you’re in the Sea Cliff/Glen Head/Glenwood Landing/Glen Cove/Greenvale/Old Brookville area, do not go anywhere else but here for your chinese food fix.
