Christmas Tree Shops

Great for inexpensive décor and home items. It’s kind of like a nicer/​more expensive dollar store. They are great for holiday items around Christmas, but they carry all kinds of seasonal items.

Id been dying to check this place out, finally stopped for some random christmas shopping. I love this place, lots of great gift ideas and decorations.
I bought a reindeer decoration for outside, super cute. his head moves side to side, he lights up. only thing missing is a red nose to make him rudolph. He was about $ 19.99. Inexpensive and adorable.
I will for sure go back soon since its not only a christmas store as the name suggests. theres alot of kitchen and home items to buy in there.

So, all this time, I thought this place was all Christmas, all the time. Well, today I found out otherwise.
There was very little Christmas in this store today. Today was more about Halloween. Well, at least part of the store.
This store is like ¼ holiday, ¼ A.C. Moore, and ½ Ollie’s. I would definitely go back for the holiday decoration a little closer to the actual holidays.

Clean and friendly service. And they have a large Tastykake display! Yum!
This store has some pretty nice novelty items, but a lot of it is not the best quality. The wind chime I purchased last year already had to be rigged back together.

I was trying to explain what this place was to a family member and essentially portrayed it as a classier Dollar General… if that’s even possible.
I’m not really sure why I came here after chowing down on Phở this past Saturday but we did and regardless, I spent $ 40 and left with five or six shopping bags of stuff I really didn’t even know I bought.
The deals are great, the quality of their products is not so much… but that’s why we got a door mat and a few other little items that I wouldn’t mind if they broke, weathered, etc.
Check out this place — it has something for everyone and is fun to walk around and see what they have!

Have you visited Ollie’s before? If not, you will need to check one out to understand the impending comparison. If you have… all you need to know is Christmas Tree Shops is like a cleaner, more organized, classier version of Ollie’s. I didn’t walk the whole store, as I only went to buy some tomato cages (which were 3 for $ 10, by the way), but at one long glance, this place has everything under the sun! It actually seems like it could before overwhelming… but the organization of items definitely helps. I was led to this place after receiving an advertisement in the mail and seeing several random items I’ve been meaning to purchase at inexpensive prices! Prior to that I had never heard of it… I think this location is relatively new. I don’t know if I’ll visit often since there currently isn’t one on my side of town… but it’s nice to know that it’s there as a backup to stores like Ollie’s and Big Lots.
