I have no heat. Next available appointment is, get this, tomorrow between 12pm and 7pm. A day late and 7 hour window? Not even important that I have a 4 year-old? I pay monthly for the service program to avoid this. There should be some sort of priority here. Oh and your customer service rep sucks!

I would NOT even give 1 star if it wasn’t required to write a review. I’ve been on TERMINAL hold door over 7 hours total and still have not gotten through to this company. I’ve emailed them and no response. I have no idea how I’m suppose to get my gas service turned on for my home. I wish there was an alternative solution!!! Beyond heinous
