Try having their«subsidiary» come out for heating and air conditioning service or maintenance. They never show up for maintenance and their repair service is atrocious. They are lazy, and incompetent.

I’ve waited 30 mins to speak to someone, got through and then out on hold, waited another 10 mins and then got hung up on, they had all my info so they could have called back. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER. I rather pay PSEG twice then be with this company
