I have had my fair share of A/​C issues at my rental and my home. It is always great to have someone in this business who you can trust. Anytime I need something I call Jason Bethea and he gets me taken care of quickly. Thank you so much for your help whenever I’m in desperate need!

Having your A/​C go out in the middle of a summer’s night with little ones in the house can be very stressful. Jason helped ease my mind when I spoke with him first thing in the morning. He got me scheduled for early afternoon, but I was delightfully surprised when he called later that morning to let me know that one of his service workers finished an installation early and was able to be at our home before noon (when it really starts to heat up). Vance came to the rescue with an assurance that he will find out what’s going on and a friendly smile. Fortunately, it was a minor repair (yay!) and the cost was very reasonably priced. Vance had cold A/​C blowing in our home again in no time. He was kind of enough to stick around and answer some questions I had about our unit and how to properly maintain it. I just had my old AC unit repaired by Wheeler. The first words I can think of are prompt, friendly and fair followed quickly by reasonably priced and knowledgeable. If you have been searching for an AC repair company you can trust, look no farther because Wheeler is the one. With so many shady people doing this type of work in the valley, I was worried what I would do if I really had an AC emergency. I can rest easy now because this company is the real deal. They showed up on a Saturday within two hours and had it diagnosed and fixed in minutes for a very fair price. And, best of all, they didn’t try to up sell me a bunch of overpriced services. Another plus, they do plumbing too so I now know a fair plumber to call!

I have been having my AC units maintained and repaired by Wheeler for about 4 years now. While my units have had some issues of the years, Wheeler has always done a great job in taking care of me. They especially did a great job this summer when my compressor went out. They spent the time to find out that it was still under warranty and followed up to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Tim
