Service King Collision Repair of Gilbert

Unfortunately was involved in a fender bender in a parking lot and my insurance recommended service king. they were great! They texted me every step of the way letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. They did an excellent job fixing the dent and faded the paint in perfectly.

Service King was recommended by my Insurance Company after my car sustained damage from a collision. My experience dealing with service King was nothing short of excellent in every way! My service advisor was attentive and very professional, he provided me with an estimate that was not only fair but ended up being about $ 200.00 less then the original estimate. Furthermore they completed the work several days earlier than originally estimated too. All along they provided me with daily text updates on its progress which is very unusual. I didn’t know that service like this exists anymore and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

This was my experience: Told the shop ahead of time I would be doing a key drop in their «lock box» overnight. Dropped off my car that night and called them the next morning to make sure they got my car. They told me yes and they would call me later in the day with an estimate for the repair. After not receiving any call I called them later in the day at which they then informed me they never had my car. So they are either thieves or liars.
Turns out my key disappeared from their lock box along with my car overnight. I did get my my car back in relatively good shape as the thieves forged a title document then turned around and sold it to an unsuspecting victim who saw it for sale on a street corner the next day who then had the car seized from him as a stolen vehicle when he attempted to title it from the DMV.
The shop made no effort to take any responsibility for the theft and at my request they did at least agree to rekey the vehicle and detail it for me. After repeated phone calls to the shop to get this arranged I have received no call backs.
It get’s more interesting as the detectives investigating the theft informed it’s possible it could be an inside job. At that point I was no longer eager to take my vehicle back to this shop. So all and all a horrible experience and this is a shop recommended to me by my Allstate insurance agent as a «preferred provider». This place is shady and untrustworthy and Allstate needs to investigate this shop further before recommending it to their clients.
