Horrible experience! Charged for a night I didn’t book or stay and refuses to refund! Now have to dispute with bank. Renate, the front desk person was rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. But since the owner Sabita is the same only worse, it’s no wonder her staff is incompetent and unprofessional! The owner hung up on me only after telling me the issue is my problem and she had another customer to take care of. Filing a complaint with Choice Hotels. Stay elsewhere!
