Pretty ordinary… noisy, simple and overpriced. Should have done better with the experience they had.

Finally, Sun City has an establishment with good food, service, menu selections, and ambiance worth calling itself a restaurant. It is rare today to find any food venue that has all the attributes to praise. We are demanding when it comes to food establishments. It is all about service and courtesy, food, ambiance, and price: in that order. Why pay for abuse? We were greeted immediately by the hostess who showed us to a table that had a view of the golf course. The waiter was at our table in no time and was pleasant, knew the menu and specials, and took our order without writing it down. The menu is fairly diverse. The Cream Crawfish & Corn Soup has a bit of spice and delicious. The Calamari was crisp and spicy. The main course of Sharon’s Trout Amandine was plentiful and done to perfection while the Six Jumbo Blackened Scallops were prepared perfectly. When the main course was brought to our table, the server knew which order to serve where on the table: a sign that the staff is well trained. The wine selection is modest but good which is ok for an establishment in a senior citizen community. The wait staff was attentive checking on us frequently and taking away empty dishes in a reasonable time. The Legacy Hills Grille is a welcomed addition to Georgetown. I only hope the Sun City community support it as they are known for wanting the best but unwilling to pay(ok, cheap!), especially tipping appropriately. We will return to the Grille soon.
