Caromont Pediatric Partners

NEVER AGAIN! Not only did this place completely break HIPAA policy by calling my daughter’s blood test results to someone that was NOWHERE on her HIPAA call list, they actually REFUSED to provide my son’s dentist vital medical information so he could have an emergency procedure done! I like the doctors here, but the policies CaroMont has put into place have made this place a nightmare to deal with! The billing is ALWAYS off and we’re always getting bills we don’t owe, and it takes phone call after phone call after FAX after FAX to get them to own up to it. The front desk staff is horrendous. I have pulled all of my children OUT of this practice and put them with Dr. Fisher instead and my goodness, what a difference! They got my son in for an EMERGENCY physical so he could have his procedure done and they couldn’t be nicer at his new pediatrician’s office! Again, I cannot complain about the physicians because they are exemplary, so if you can deal with a bunch of snotty receptionists refusing to do their jobs then by all means try them. I will NEVER deal with another CaroMont affiliated physician again.
