Whataburger

Went here on news years, waited AN HOUR, AN HOUR, and we were inside. The staff looked defeated and confused. It wasn’t anymore busy than any given weekend. The employees had absolutely no idea what was going to on to the point the asked everyone waiting for their receipts because they were so lost. Got fed up and asked for a refund and left. This place news need employees period

Worst drive thru service ever! Make sure to dbl check your order b4 you leave, guaranteed something is missing, or something is wrong!

I’ve been to many of whataburgers over the years. And to this one many times over the past 6 months since moving to Garland. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Brandy D. Now if everyone could be a little more like her, I’m sure business would be booming! Hats off to you Brandy D. Your the bomb!

Worst Whataburger I have ever eaten. The person that hires people here needs to get fired for hiring bad employees. It sucks I live down the street but have to go to the Rowlett location. Gave us the wrong order and the burgers were cold. Cheese wasn’t melt at all like really. Some lady came in from the drive thru cause she got the wrong order too! And then she was telling the guys how to cook it. Like really. Cashier girl said no gravy cause the old one is too old and have to make a new one. She said it like it takes days to make gravy smh.

This location is terrible. Slow service. I got the wrong order. The order I got was cold. Will never return. Will not lose time or money with this location again.

New to this area and new to working an overnight shift, so when my stomach started growling at 11:30 pm the first thing I thought of was Whataburger. I pulled up the Whataburgers around me and found two that were equidistant from me. I choose the wrong one.
I walked into the Centerville and Broadway Whataburger lobby at precisely midnight on a Saturday. First bad sign was that I waited for about five minutes while the front register person (I’ll call him Bob) was making a feeble attempt at taking care of the fry station.
A customer was up front apparently waiting on her order and she had the look and body language that she had been waiting a while, second bad sign.
I order my food, go to get my drink and straw and notice no napkins. Eh, that’s becoming somewhat common at the Whataburgers I’ve been to recently. Also there was no sweet tea, so I had to go back up to the front and get somebody’s attention, Bob was still working on the fry station or something, so got somebody else to get my drink for me. Third bad sign.
Trying to find a clean place to sit in a lobby with only two tables occupied was difficult as half of them were obviously dirty from previous customers, fourth bad sign.
While waiting for my order to come out a group of high school kids came in and started talking with Bob. I had been waiting a while so I was curious if they would get their order in and filled before me. Yup, they left and then Bob came to me and asked, «What did you order again?», fifth and sixth bad signs. This was all literally (yes, I timed it) fifteen minutes from when I placed my order.
Three minutes later Bob came to me and gave me a single item from my order, telling me something about them being busy and not wanting me to be without any food, because apparently I was going to be in for a long wait to get my entire order filled, seventh bad sign.
Three minutes later Bob came out to give me the remainder of my order, but didn’t ask me if I wanted anything condiments and whatnot, so I had no napkins. Where are we now, oh yeah, eighth bad sign.
Overall the food was sufficient. Service was bad. There was no malicious nature from Bob, just an aura of incompetence. Perhaps he was baked. Perhaps he just didn’t care.

Love this location but only in the morning ! I absolutely love their lady in the drive thru always takes her time on me to have my food and fries well done very nice and a hard working lady wish I was abel to say your name but she knows who she is .
I dont recommend this place after 3pm food is always sloopy not well done fries always sloppy and greasy. Afternoon staff need help.

What ever happened to consistency? The only thing this location is consist for is a horrible product. Bread always smashed and broken at the top as if someone stepped on it. Whataburger normally has an awesome burger with a warm toasted bun. If I have a whataburger it is when i am visiting my bro-​in law in fort worth. The Western Center Blvd location. They are always AWESOME!!! I sure hate the one located near me sucks. Patrons beware!!!

Good burger, but the fries need a little help.
