Past two times my order was taken incorrectly, had to correct the employee on the screen and they still brought it out different than I told them. Note that the employee was not at all interested in fixing the problem after I mentioned that this was not the way I wanted it. Both burgers were too cold to even melt the cheese. Was not particularly busy and yet it took too long to receive the order. I doubt I’ll return to this location ever unless management starts caring.

Have been given my meal three times and still can’t get it right. First time I was handed a large bag filled with old fries and what I thought was my meal and chicken was missing. Return inside and are handed like warm almost cold chicken and they were shriveled and black from sitting in sure for a long period of time. My husband returns in and says we would just like our money back because at this point we realize it’s becoming a game to get a hot complete meal. Assistant manager then starts complaining from kitchen loudly why do I want a return. He was rude and said he had a fractured hand when confronted on how unprofessional he was. It’s just not right to try and rush off your customers and then be rude when we don’t want the old food!

The store is clean the food is made fresh for fast food it is a good choice.

My daughter and I go to this one frequently. Very clean and I’d call the staff exceptional compared to ANY other fast food joint around. I’ve also never had any complaints about the quality of food. But I’m big on customer service, so that’s really why I am writing this review– excellent.

While the employees are generally nice, the wait (in the drive thru, anyway) is sometimes quite long. It is worth it in the end.
I can’t comment on the inside since I’ve only visited the drive thru. Make it a point to stop by… you won’t regret it!
P. S. — honey butter chicken biscuits rule! :-D

A newer looking Whataburger. I’ve never run across a bad Whataburger when traveling. This one was especially good… or maybe I was just hungrier?
