Suq Vapory

Cool store layout made all the cooler with amateur art displayed on walls. Suq was my second favorite vape shop after kick’n’ash off broadway.
I won’t shop suq anymore. The other day I ran in for juice, the young man behind the counter made my juice and I left. Today I realized that he put the wrong nicotine level in my juice causing me to vape the hell out of it. I ask for a 10 he gave me 2. So I went in there too get it corrected, the same young man was there, first he argued with me over if I had said «2» or «10» then refused to do anything with the juice. I explained as a customer I’m pissed off bc now I’m going to have to buy another bottle this week bc of the mistake, he didn’t care. When he refused to do anything, and showed he didn’t care I told him I wouldn’t waste anymore money there. HE LAUGHED.
I had the same issue at kick n ash a few weeks back, not only did they correct my juice, they made fresh juice from scratch with the right Nic level, but let me keep the bad juice. They know how to keep there customers happy.
Suq sucks ass. I literally live a walking distance away and will gladly take the drive over dealing with suqs unprofessional uncaring team.

Stopped in here while on a business trip to get an e-​liquid refill for my vape. I have to say this is one of the best vape shops I’ve ever been in. Very clean and professional. I was extremely impressed.
