Palm Beach Tan

Palm Beach Tan, Garland Tx, is by far the best tanning salon in the area. Everything is always clean, bulbs work great and the staff, especially Emily S, is amazing. Super sweet and very professional! Highly recommend this location.

I originally signed up after the salon I worked for (for 15 years) was sold. I joined the Garland Ave location and the Manager at the time, Kelsey (sp), was amazing! After years of being told how rude PBT employees were, she definitely proved my preconceived notions wrong. She has since been moved to a different location and Skyler has taken the place. He is awesome! Another employee to prove the haters wrong. Always friendly and ready to help. I’ve already recommended people in the area to join this location. Keep up the great work!

This is my favorite PALM BEACH. I love that it has the VERSA PRO and its so easily located next to my favorite smoothie place. But most importantly, I come here for the service! I’ve been coming here for years and this is the BEST staff I’ve ever seen at any tanning salon. So nice and friendly, the manager remembers your name; I am more than willing to buy from them! The store manager, I forget her name, SHES AMAZING! There’s another guy, I believe his name is Sterling??? HE’S Awesome too.
The only reason why I would give this place 4 starts and not 5 is because of the beds. They are always clean, yes, but they are falling apart! Upgraded or repaired new beds are DEFFINATELY needed! The aroma mister on the iBed smells like sewer water; the Level 4 curvy bed that adjusts to your body is falling apart! I’m almost scared to lay in it because it creeks so much. Numerous times I’ve had a bed turn off on me mid-​tan, to where I had to go get redressed and tell the staff, but I wasn’t able to finish my session because of the 24 hour rule, which is understandable. And some of the Level 3 pro beds are so old, I feel like I’m not even getting a tan.
It’s not the employee’s faults. Every time I mention my concern they say they have filed a maintenance report.
GET THESE GUYS NEW BEDS! They deserve it!

I stop in here when in the area and need a spray tan! The Staff is decently friendly and its never busy. The booth rooms are regularly cleaned but the booth itself not so much. On more than one occasion I have come out with the bottom of my feet bright orange from them not rinsing out the booth. Be sure not to touch the walls either. You’ll get left over spray tan all over your hands!
Overall a decent place to get a spray tan if in the area

When I wanted to fake and bake, this is the place I would go. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have great beds. I would also recommend the spray tan to keep you skin a golden brown.
