These employees are horrible all tables full of dishes that are done with on every table it’s 10 pm ! And as well the salad bar not a lot of options and only one type of lettuce to choose from. Horrible

My Wife and I had the honor of hosting my 2 year old grandson’s second birthday on Sunday. WOW! Chuck E. Cheese on W. Centerville Rd. in Garland went over the top. The only negative was finding the place. Right now it is hidden off of Centerville because of construction. Once we got there, I was blown away. Prompt and courteous service. We were escorted to our table and instructions were given on the details of the party. The Pizza was very good and the salad bar was plentiful. The service was one on one for pur party. we had our own hostess who was amazing. Thanks Chuck E. Cheese for a wonderful party. Fun was had by all. Hint: The earlier you get there(11:00 am opening) the better… The crowd did not start until we were leaving.

We had our grandson’s birthday party here and the kids had fun. I was a little upset(more sad for my grandson than anything) because all the other kids(even one’s wearing shirts showing their ages to be over 4) got to take a family member into the ticket grabber booth, but they said my disabled grandson, just turning 6, was too old. I even pointed out that a girl was wearing a shirt that had her name and«turns 5 today» written on it got her adult with a large scarf in with her and got to keep the tickets that the women had caught in her scarf, but my grandson who has a brain injury did not get anyone to help him. His hostess tried to allow one of his uncles to go in with him, but another hostess was nasty about it and said«NO», so she told us we couldn’t do it. I had not been a fan of this overpriced money pit to begin with, but this put the proverbial nail in the coffin.

We decided to do a walk in birthday party for my granddaughter, we came in with cake and presents and the hostess at the door gave my granddaughter a birthday sticker and some free tokens, we went to set up at regular tables and one of the workers came over and told us we were welcome to set up in the birthday party area since they were not booked. We have several families join us and everyone ordered their own food, the food came out fast and hot. The kids all had a great time. This was THEBESTEXPERIENCE I have ever had at any Chuck E. Cheese’s!!! I commend every person that was working, every single employee we encountered was polite, and it was some of the best customer service I have ever had!!!

We like the Chuck E Cheese chain, but this one has much to be desired. Smells funny. Floor by drinks and salad bar sticky. Lettuce and other succulent veggies were kept so cold they froze then thawed ruining their taste and texture. Pizza was good. Lots of free ticket giveaways, which was good b/c many machines weren’t giving out tickets. I went ahead and gave 2 stars b/c boys had fun and staff were friendly n smiling.
