Horrible experience here. We went when the store first opened and over half of the machines were either broken or out of tickets. When I expressed the machines were out of tickets, the«managers» plan of action was just to put more points on their card instead of being bothered to refill the tickets. The points to play the games are worthless if they aren’t going to get the tickets. When I asked to speak to a manager she responded with«I am the manager, if you don’t like it just call corporate.» I did call corporate!

I think we’re done going to CEC. My last visit was a joke. I have 2 kids, Ages 3&5. They look forward to chunky coming out, doing his dance then throwing tickets. When it was time for him to come out, he never came. As I was walking up to the front to ask what’s going on, I listened to two employees arguing over who was going to put the suit on. Sooo unprofessional. I ordered my kids chicken nuggets and literally took 35 minutes to come out. We were there at 2:30pm on a Tuesday, not busy at all. The games took a lot of my kids credits, games were broken and management didn’t seem to care. Place has gone downhill since they stopped using tokens.

Horrible experience, don’t ever go to this Chuck E Cheese. My daughter put her play card down and someone stole it. They supposedly«register» your card and when she lost it they looked at me like I was dumb. They treated me terrible and I wasted my money! Do not go here!!!

First time we have been back since the change from coins to card. I am disappointed. The machines steal your credits off your card! I had 1 credit left and put my daughter and son into the fire truck to turn around and tell them they couldn’t ride because the machine stole our last credit.

We were ready to leave and the girl at the door let my son go through before me or my mom and he ran to the front of the line way ahead of us. She claimed she memorized the numbers but she didn’t even check us in. Nor did she show any remorse about letting him through.

I gave this place four stars in regards to service and games for a child focused establishment. The cashier(Brittney) was very sweet and accepted my multiple coupons that I had printer out from online. I had my infant in my left hand, wallet and purses in right. I brought my 4 yo to help me carry the trays, but another employee, a sweet fellow, helped carry my trays, plates, and cups to my table. At the table, another employee came to inform me that the back tables were for birthday reservations only. I explained to her that I had approximately 14 other guests arriving and the girl agreed that in that case, we were allowed to sit there. She even came back to check on us and noticed I was there with two children and even offered to help me! So sweet! Our pizzas and breadsticks arrived within 10 – 15 minutes of ordering. I wasn’t aware that I was supposed to bring back my salad plate to exchange for a new one. The nice cashier remembered my order and gave me a fresh plate and new utensils anyways and kindly explained this policy to me. We had 5 little girls that had a blast! Be careful when your children carry their cups of tokens. If laid out, another child will quickly snatch up the loot to have a party of their own! At the end, when redeeming our tickets for toys, the girl was very patient and helped us with calculations and redemptions. From beginning to end, I was very pleased with the level of customer service we received! Also, this particular location had a wide variety of games and rides. Big area with plentiful seating as well! We’ll definitely return.

Pizza is not anything to brag about, but the kids love the place. They go just each time we say we are coming. Go online and get coupons before coming in. I think they’ll take coupons in your phone as well. Clean and in order as much as you can expect from a place catering to our little homies.

You can look at this place two ways; On one hand, it’s a noisy bacteria trap with overpriced games, bland pizza, and a poor man’s Epcot Center of mechanical entertainment. On the other hand, it’s dinner and a show — with amusements. Like a kids friendly starter-Vegas without the fun fair requirement. Just don’t stay too long or you’ll be hearing Chuck E in your head at night singing the birthday song…

The food at ANY Chuck E. Chesse is the same – TERRIBLE. The pizza and the salad bar are the only things there any parents could possibly enjoy, so why not make them palatable? I mean WE are the ones paying for all this, so why not make some decent food for us while the kids play their games? Is that really too much to ask? ESPECIALLY since you charge so damn much money!

Probably the best Chuck E. Cheese’s I’ve been to. The kid loves it, the food tastes good, and it’s extra clean.

It’s CEC, and yes, it’s a beat down. However, this location was clean and the staff was nice. It’s great that all the games and rides are just one token, whereas Gatti’s is much more per game with their card swipes. It’s hard to win tickets though and the ones you do win aren’t worth much. Most games spit out 1 – 3 tickets. Pizza was better than I expected, but still just cheap pizza. My 6yr old didn’t even really want to go because she had been to another location that was«boring» as she put it. She loved this location though and wants to come back.

I have had my daughter’s past 2 birthdays held at this location and i had always had a great experience with the hostes and that everything was already being prepared bythe time we got there for our reservation time. My daughter and everyone had such an amazing time that I highly suggest my friends and family to take there kids and to have there upcoming bithday partys there.

I get more exhausted after 2 hours here than after spending 12 hours at work but it’s probably because I’m not used to having 50 kids running all over the place out of control. It’s a great place for kids tho, my grand-daughter had a great time. We tried their pepperoni pizza which was pretty decent. I think it has better flavor than Pizza Hut pizza’s but I’m not sure that is saying too much. If you can avoid going here on a weekend, you will avoid a lot of stress and waiting in lines.

OMG. Gametastic. A quarter a game. The pizza is pretty average, though I’ve never been to a Chuck E Cheese before
